I can also confirm that 6P RLB BLB is 100% ASPD.
I used the eye test after using a Stefly, it's quite obvious how different 100% ASPD is from 120% with a Sword.
1. 6P No LB and wore Scarlet Ribbon. (130/120%)
2. 6P RL & BL Max, compared, slower. (100/120%)
3. Wore Montol Colliet +, 20% ASPD, just as fast as #1.(120/120%)
I can compare #3 with the Beelzedam i bought just before current maintenance, which I'll be putting on my weapon (130/120%). I'm expecting it to be the same.
Update: Confirmed, Beelzedam (weapon) has same ASPD as case 3.

Well after reseting my ench and leveling it to 100, i put agi before i read this post *_* basically i added 120 agi and attached 3 wild dance in my equips (lv 1+lv 2+lv 3= 30% aspd) i got the max aspd for sword, my aspd is around 380 (didnt tested yet if that aspd makes me faster as i was before reset, i had 255 agi and 100% aspd from apostolia, more than 800 apsd) but after i read this i think i did It wrong... If i put blue and red ▲crysta i will got 100% aspd so, i only need less than 100 points after i get apostolia. what a waste, because mq from chapter 1-2 aren't hard :/
If i make my apostolia blue and Green i did it well after all with that aspd, but i think is better more auto prod than raw damage.

This is a really old thread but i hope someone can still reply me. I'm not sure if i calculated everything right. So I'm an assassin that uses throwing and i have a gear that -20%aspd and another that +30agi and hoping to get one that +5agi. So i calculated like this: 156-(12*(-0.2*10))-30-5-48-12=85 Not completely sure how much aspd all the buffs adds so if anyone can help, i would really appreciate it!  For this the only buff that i *think* affects is Evasion, and the highest is lv 5, which gives agi+48 And another question. If I'm understanding it right, having too much aspd above the max actually decreases it? |

Your calculations are right, and max aspd is capped. Going over does nothing positive nor negative
