Lysith is right this forum isnt associated with the developers so the term "Please fix this problem" isnt the right term to use as no one here can fix it.
Second, bug.txt is caused by force closure of the app.
Common things that can caused this are the following
1)Apps that interrupts a fullscreen game like Iruna
2)Calls and SMS/MMS
3)Notifications that requires full screen
4)Pressing home while playing multiple times.
5)Popups, Ads that are associated with your other applications
Options for troubleshooting:
1)Normally what I do is to clear the cache force stop the app and delete the bug.txt, Fixed phrase.txt file in the Iruna folder.
2)Use a VPN app when you launch Iruna then disconnect it once you login successfully.
3)Uninstall and Reinstall the game
4)If ever none of these works I will suggest to contact asobimo and explain your issue with much details as you can and also state the troubleshooting that have made.
