First time i install this game on my chinese tablet and this ballon appear on the screen and close the game. i don't know what this is about. this game shouldn't censor for china, should it?
My device is not jailbreaked. The chinese app is an app which shows sponsored apps and it's pre installed in the system

recenttly iruna have new anti-sh mechanism that very sensitive to apps that use root permissions. this new anti-sh mechanism even block root screen dimmer app on my phone that atutomatically launched during boot. but i can play iruna again if i set that root screen dimmer app to not automatically launched during boot.
one week after that, i can play iruna again with that root screen dimmer app, probably asobimo put that app on white list/allowed list.
so based on my experience i mentioned above, it must at least one app that need root permission automatically launched during startup and running on background that asobimo havnt put on white list yet
it could be that chinese app with horse head-like logo is the culprit. try backup its apk first and uninstall it. if you cant uninstall it, you should able to disable/freeze it if you using android 4 and later.
if still you get the "Please delete unnecessary application" error, repeat the process on other app one by one until you able to play iruna. and make sure you reboot your tablet after done uninstall/disable/freeze any app. that "Please delete unnecessary application" error message wont go off unless you reboot your tablet
