There arent real secret locations, but there are certain 'secret' or 'hidden' quirks like hidden non-mq bosses, recovering spots and things like that.
I'm pretty sure we had a thread listing all of those (i'll see if i can find it later)

We do have some kind of list of hidden locations (not secret, secret means very few know about it, hidden means that it is not easy to get there, but it's not like a super secret place) the only place that may fit like secret location will be the last floor on the labyrinth, or almas room

Hmm secret huh... My guess is the Eternity Maze. There's a switch at floor 11 where u can get MP regen
