Some people get confused with these stats. I was as well for a while haha. Here is what I've come to understand about these stats:
Dodge: This is shown as the flee stat in the stats menu. This will basically go up against your enemies HIT stat to determine if they will miss or not. The opposite is true of enemies Dodge/Flee stat. We use our HIT against their Flee to dertermine if we can hit them or not. This shows up as "Dodge" on equips. This will almost exclusively be utilized by Knuckles user with their high AGI. If you dodge something it says "Miss".
Evasion: This is not shown in the stat menu at all and is independent from Flee. This triggers the "Evasion" pop up and following animation. If you are equipped with a Dagger you will do a small counterattack that doesn't have an animation. This is shown as "Evasion Rate" on Equips. This is basically a set chance to Evade the attack. Bosses such as Flare Volg have this as well. You can't do anything about the Evasion Rate on bosses at the moment. Anyone can utilize this.
