My bishop is lvl 182 with 2350 MATK, 8k hp with buff. Farming neknott and ugly mantis is easy because i can one hit them. But soloing high ent is quite dangerous even when I farm one at a time. Almost guarantee to die if nearby high ents hit me at the same time. Should I sacrifice MATK to boost my hp to 10k? Should I get spell boost? Or should I not farm them at this level and MATK?

Without anything more than what you've posted...
Resty Rod for it's MATK buff IF you can go toe to toe with H Ents. Gerust for Xta
Licht Armor (yes, that thing that has no MATK what so ever and usually for PLDs) with it's -.5SD and additional -.5SD buff helps alot when buffing mid-fight w 20% HP
Viola for Atk on defense; should hit another 6-8K at those levels IIRC
Light ring if you're surviving better with Licht, or DNewt 20% HP if not
I pretty much "soloed" H Ents with this gear from L190s-240s

Honestly trying h.ents with your level and matk will be less efficient than killing nekks.
For me, H.ents were pointless till I got to 260+ when I could 2 shot them and when my bless heals me for more hp than they damage me for.

try getting resty rod n spellboost, it'll boost your matk to an extent and mix it with mp+/mpcost-/hp+ equips/xtals and you're good to go

Try cleric robe + mpouch + stone figurine, for wepon
r rod or resolve rod
cleric robe + mpouch almost hit same as hulam moldus+ beh ushil
150M gear vs 10M gear only 3k damage diference.
