Hi to all.. i would like to ask if there is a way to know the penalty that the character is in? I mean what penalty number does the account have? Sorry just new here?
Heres my explaination after hitting max cap i rested or tp in drafbourg.. and coupoe of minutes i can still see people and chat with them.. after that i logged out... and a couple of hours i logged in and saw this " your no longer blah blah and any availabpe service" its been like this for 3 days... i also reported this when it first began. But no reply from iruna itself... pls help...

There is no way to see the lvl of penalty applied to your account, u have to deduce it by yourself by reading the penalty policy if you haven't done it yet. |

Even though i can still log in? I mean im still in the game but im a ghost and cant chat...
And what if i create a new character would it be still the same?

If you made another character on the same account the ban will remain on this new character. Even if you remove and make another character on the same account the ban remains.
