i have a galaxy s4 i stayed on iruna too long during a maintenance an now wen i load iruna i get a black screen an iv factory reset my phone nothing iv uninstalled it nothing iv cleared cache nothing iv done a hard reset nothing iv done everything nothing can someone plzz help me

If your phone is still using Android 5.0 or higher as the operating system after the factory reset thats why you can't play. I think you would have been complaining about this a month ago though since its been a problem for over a month now.
To check what version of android you are using you want to go to:
Settings>System(might just be a section in the settings screen not something you have to click)>About Phone>Android version is what you are looking for.
If it says 5.0 or 5.0.2 or something with a 5 in front then thats why it isn't working. I haven't been able to play for a month because Asobimo has not fixed this issue. A LOT of phone MMORPG games actually have this issue currently for whatever reason. So if thats the issue you are stuck not playing until they decide to fix it.
Edit: I say this because the black screen is exactly what happened to me. You may have done a system update on your phone during the update and went from 4.0 to 5.0.

Well, my tab with anroid 5.0.2 runs iruna fine. However 5.1 android won't run iruna at all. Oh okay maybe 5.0.2 isn't having an issue xD. Maybe just 5.0 and 5.1. 5.0 doesn't work at all on my phone :/ They supposedly "fixed" this issue like a month ago. It worked for a week and after the next update it stopped working lol. |

Same for me... I ended up waiting for every update just to see if i can get back in again... Missed Tanabata now. I believe they have no intention on fixing things at all if they have events already running, or have events already lined up...
I arrived at this conjecture only because it just so happens that the Easter event ended when i first was able to play again. Which is quite sad since I feel A LOT of events will be coming soon, hence I wont be able to play at all anytime soon if I'm correct. (Here's to hoping I'm wrong. *sob*)
