I recently purchased all three tickets and was charges for them, but I have not received the bonuses and my account is still freeplay. What can I do?

Are you ios?
Because theres a tix bug on ios you still get the bonuses but trade shout and the 150% on menu don't work atm. They compensated with a specia and varuna. Display tixs will be fix this up they said a few days ago.

Yes I'm a Ios user as well even though exp gain and drop rate stayed it didn't show 150% gain like usual and I couldnt use shout/trade.
