Not sure if this'll be useful, but here are the mobs that drop them:
Tunic => Tunic (Upgrade):
• 10 High-Grade Fur - Leopard (Inje Cave)
• 10 White Popsicle - Piton (Elf Mountain); Albedo (Tower of Ice)
• 10 Water Plumage/Aquatic Rainment - Hydra (Karue Reef)
