Since 28th may,i cant put seeds on all of my planters,a message says *connection failed* keep appearing.and when i tap that planters again,iruna app will be forced closed. anyone else have same problem?  |

Nope, problem not happening to me, it happens when i try to tame a new pet though, the internet connection is fine, just be persistent, maybe it works next times

Nope, problem not happening to me, it happens when i try to tame a new pet though, the internet connection is fine, just be persistent, maybe it works next times mmmm,if only the seed planting keep failed, it could be only unstable connection. but the forced closed when i tap my planter after that error message definitely sounds like a bug to me.i dont get any forced close when tapping planters if that error message not come out yet. |

Do not try to move the planters to try see if that's the problem, the planters will lose their capacity to create good plants, and will yield only normal plants

Do not try to move the planters to try see if that's the problem, the planters will lose their capacity to create good plants, and will yield only normal plants move? i didnt arrange any planters. the problem is like this. lets say i have 3 planters, A B C. if i try to put any seed on any one of them, lets say on this example planter B, i will get that error message. next, lets say after i dismiss (press OK button) that error message,if i try to tap planter A and C,i dont get any forced close. but when i try to tap planter B that i got error message on it earlier. my iruna app forced closed, back to my phone main screen. |

It's a problem with connection, there is something wrong with that specific planter, does the error appears just by clicking on it? Or when placing seeds? Try to use the other options, like destroying the plant inside, maybe there's still a plant inside and the game can't see it, the other option is, go to the island, try again, error, back to iruna, lots of times until you force the planter to respond, next one, delete game data and retry, next one, uninstall, reinstall, and retry, last option, move the planter

Then it's a bug indeed, i remember they added new seeds, maybe (as they start doing lately) f*ck up the planters on that update, it's just question of time now, let's report this to the iruna team

someone in facebook said have same problem and also have other problem like cant give name to newly tamed stray pet. already sent a report before i go to bed last night. so i guess we just wait for the fix.

Yeah, realized that to, the bug is when using seeds, naming pets and using pet eggs, i sent the report also, it should be fixed on an unscheduled maintenance, because that is a serious bug

I have been receiving the same message, though I have not been kicked out (forced closed) either. May not be tapping the planter the way you are. Haven't planted anything since 27th myself  |

i got reply from support centre today.it says problem addressed and fixed,but i still have the problem
anyone still have this problem even though iruna gm already release notification that says data inconsistency on island function?

Bug still exist for me, getting worse now, bugged new mob pets, pets from eggs, planting new seeds and i got the same connection error on my planters when harvesting  |
