Hello there guys! So my brother was asking for tips/advices/guides about a ¨PURE¨ tank build paladin that can tank ¨MOST¨ end game bosses for farming.. ideal level is 190-200 only... with a budget of 100-200m available (excluding ai crystals coz its all set - g.ape, altan, mdeff, hp, vit+1, hate+25(death chills) ALL REDS) this will be the last member for our party which is composed of 190 bish / 221 gladi / 190 ench / and this pally.. everyone is decently geared.. im their gladi and main damager in the team, i dont have any problem right now as i love my dmg and i can say its a little ¨above average / but not so pro atleast for my level¨..
So again, can anyone teach me the best set-up / skill and stat build for this pure tanker pally wannabe??. we dont care about damage, we just all care about the tanking abilities (includes hate ofcourse so my gladi can freely hit and tear the enemy apart easier without spamming much stone skin)

For what I know, a Pally with max VIT will be able to tank 'ALL' bosses. So the stat required to tank is pretty simple. As for gears and basic builds (click here)
I think your team needs a DPS'er more than it needs a tanker because gladiators and enchanters (if it becomes Mblade spammer) are able to tank with a good support from bishop. So getting another tank seems redundant. I couldn't really give any further advise on building a PURE tank paladin with no damage because I personally don't recommend it. Most high level Paladins I have seen are built with VIT-DEX-STR for more damage because of a good reason. They can already tank and do not need to be more 'tanky', and he can contribute to killing the boss faster with higher guardian damage. |
