I am building a pal and am now lvl 105. Max VIT and rest DEX. After DEX max, I will do STR. Gear wise, I have Katz2 hp20%, licht armor ns, miwi hat hp20% or duel shield hp20%, knight gauntlet ns. I have about 26k hp without buff. For mq, I am just done with shojo.

Should I continue to do mq till lv 160. If not, what should I farm to lvl or earn money? I have 1m spina now and is there anything I should buy?

I would recommend, as a personal opinion, you keep doing MQ until you unlock apostolia so you can get more vit and by that time you should be already past lvl 160 to get guardian.
After that you can lvl up faster with a party... Megaroch, nommar or baum warriors

As for spina it will come... You can sell fot example ori dropped by baum warriors while you lvl
