When I updated IOS on my iPad, I lost my Iruna character (I saved the info tho) and I do not know how to get it back onto my app. My friends say they can see my character name and everything still in the guild. Is there any way to get my character back?

IOS may still have the issue between the connection of character data and accounts, allthough I'm not sure, I play on android

Is there any way to get my character back? hmmm from what version did you update from? And did you do any backups before updating iOS? If App is there but no char, it sounds like you somehow reset your account (as in did not restore). That's the only one I can think of for this to happen And what your friends see in game as nothing to do with it, since they will see your char there unless someone kicks it even if char no longer exist. I've deleted PT members (my own char on another device) and they still showed in PT until I kicked them. Even shows up on flist. |

Is there any way to get my character back? You say you lost your character but what do you mean by 'saved the info'? When upgrading iOS the only data that can bring back you're account is from an iTunes backup (though I've recovered mine from iCloud as well after resetting my phone and upgrading to new ios's) Can you give us more details? |
