So my friend was going to send me exelis armor today but i cant recieve any mail in my inbox and i dont know why. My inbox isnt full and my game is working fine and he sent the armor properly.  great timing iruna ;-; |

Yea i had him check almost three times. I also had him send me another mail to check but i still couldnt recieve it either. Its strange. :/

either one or the both have mailing restricted. or your mail might be full of opened mail

How can you tell if its restricted? check iruna terms and conditions, i don't think they give warning if they restrict mailing, one way to figure it out is see if he can trade you if he can then it might be just as bug on either one of you if he can't its cause he is restricted or you are. |

why not just trade the exelis? if the mailing doesnt work and if the armor is not xtrade, just meet up with your friend and trade.

I would trade it but the thing is, he sent the armor and i never recieved it so now its just floating in oblivion or something and we dont know how to get it back.

Have friend send something (no attached item) to someone else? This will tell you if it's his mailing that's off or your receiving.
As for the Exe, you're pretty much SOL unless you try to contact Asobimo and explain

Ok thank you guys for your help! He just sent me snakes as a test and i recieved that but still no exe armor ;-; oh well .

aw ;-; i hope you get your exe soon. next time just trade, always trade. mailing isnt everything and its useful when inbox backfires. so just use trade for armor or anything thats not xtrade o:
