app is automatically closed when i press 'begin the game' button. this problem occurred after the emergency maintenance on February 23rd. i think it's not my device problem. because i tried to use different devices, places, connection methods(wifi, 3G, 4G) but i can begin the game with other character slot. my main character has problem  Iruna support team always send this messages - delete app - re-install app - clear cache can anyone help me T_T |

Same thing happens to me too. It's been crashing to homescreen more often than usual. It really kills leveling and farming.

I have checked the app and there are instabilities while running it, fatal error exceptions are common for every game but this version really has too many of them. Let us hope that they fix it soon, all you can do at this point is to report it to the support.

It happens often to me but in a different situation though, where I'm in the middle of a battle then the app exits and goes to homescreen. One thing I've notice regarding in my case it only happens when I am mashing my shortcut buttons very quick especially when I am about to die and need to cast a buff and etc. Well, I agree with Ryu as well that it only happens with these last recent updates, Hope you can make it through it's not 'often' to me. 'always' after the emergency maintenance on Feb 23rd. i haven't unable to start the game for 2 weeks. i almost give up my level cap character T_T |

finally, support team solved my character problem in 1 month xD.
but i already fell behind than other level cap users...
