Is there a way to retrieve this back, since my friend (and her friends) lost all their spina and equipment upon log in. They all belonged to the same guild, so she concluded that it might be a hacker "targeting" them or some sort? I think I'm throwing around the term "hacker" so lightly, since I really don't know much about that stuff. e_eSo, apparently, they lost all their spina and equipment, and just stripped their characters dry. (Happened to 3 people, 7 characters in total levels 200+) They mailed Asobimo several times, but no response so far. Is it a hacker (i can't believe it  ) or some sort of bug? |

It Is Pretty hard to hack gmail accounts so I suspect they were Involved In abnormal activities (i.e. account for spina, ticket by spina, etc.) By then, It Is very easy to access. |

To "hack" is to somehow steal access to someone else' account. This is NOT the same as when someone was given access to those accounts, or worse, had previous ownership of those accounts.
It is Highly unlikely that they were hacked.
Did they share account login info within the guild?

Well, they didn't share account info within the guild, but my friend hadn't been in that guild for too long, so she doesn't know the history of the others TuT |
