Thought bailune underground was going to be first ep3 city. But ep3 starts with slebinia (oltoga village) so i think we will have to wait a LONG time, as the path of ep3 will be inverse to ep1 (slebinia-darkan-mithurna-parul)

That actually won't come out until around Chapter 7 of Episode 3. I'd say around 6-7 months until we see that town at the rate MQ is being added nowadays.
