Back in the day maybe. Considering the stats and the level of the monster, plus the popularity of the spot for low levels. 10m is more normal. It's basically a step better than any crap stat special.

No one would buy it for that price. You can try if you like, but you can get useless specials for 5m. Considering Rose ring is a particularly useless special, 10m is much more reasonable. 20-30m opens up slightly more usefull specials. So if you're going to spend 20m on a special, might as well buy a better one.
