I make a int samurai dai espada and it sucks dmg is still low cant solo a boss. Thats all That is untrue.......Ferzen-fg would be no problem....more bosses could also be killed with the right gear. True that the damage is a lot lower than a STR samurai (EX: if STR sam deals 100k damage, INT will deal 87.5k). This could make a difference in winning and loosing though... I would definently reccomend using sinbad2 for the evasion and agi boost, which further increases your damage and evasion. It is also true that INT have an all around defense. Counter melee attacks and Decrease magic damage damage taken, compared to a STR samurai that takes the full effect of magic attacks. This could also make a difference in winning and loosing in a fight. I would also say that INT samurai would be easier to grind with because of the mp pool and magic defense compared to a STR samurai. Larger MP pool means more skills you can use and since you reduce magic damage, there is a way for you to survive if you get attacked by magic. If you get blessed by a cleric, then you get a ton of mp back. Surgery sword to attack at the same time more than one at a time. I also generates monsters around, the coup de grace. SLv1 MP70 series of techniques I annihilation (Lv240) (end effect MP MP consumption is insufficient to 10 minutes skill triggered every time effect) use ※ MP consumption of skills activated after the change in the maximum number of targets and MP? That might also be a good side to having an INT samurai. INT/DEX/AGI would be best. STR samurai is only for damage.

I just heard Issen cant be casted faster but what about Finishing Stroke? And other spells.

There is no "best" build, just opinion so don't make sound "the best" because you could PIE someone with the build (:
