Hi. So I'm planning to make a Samu. Are there any tips for a newbie like me when it comes to builds and items? The only thing I have for my Samu (i think) is Shiroito (correct me if i'm wrong) and that's pretty much all. Ty for the peeps who will answer.

very well heres some pointers: normal sword build stregth-ag-vit stgth-dex-vit special sword build vit-dex-agi vit-dex-stregth
make sure u focus on one build otherwise its at disadvantage for you trying to use special and normal sword.. normal sword user have more variety of sword to use ( normal or element sword) special sword mainly is best all in all i think pick a build based of your play style dex vs agi...when picking between these two imagine two things...dex for skill cooldown meaning spamming certain skills like tsubame geishi....agi are mainly for dodging normal attack, slow on skill cooldown but with good evasion you will have enough time to re trigger tsubame geishi... as far as gears ill leave the weapon of choice to u and for other stuff i like shiroito for armor, edelhood for add knight gauntlet for special...xtals well heres some pointers that works for me....all attack xtal and one crit xtal...thats all i can tell u but but feel free to search samurai thread

i forgot to mention agi adds attack point as well and this only works on samurai and it can only be seen adding attack after confirming stats distribution.

idk how much battered weapons now...battered weapon is a down graded ama no habakiri....you cant buy ama no habakiri because its not tradable but you can buy battered weapon then upgrade it in minaula to turn it to ama no habakiri. if you cant find one then theres a sword called wound transfer if its expensive still then theres the famous katzbalger.

I have a wound transfer. Is that better than the red tengu that i have? Only if you're going Vit/Dex/str or agi build, Red Tengu is a whole different build o.o
