Just w8 till it comes out and heal 10 times with each. Average them both and subtract whatever % boost grail gives from the vio\grail avg

it depends on your base matk & heal so the calculation will not be applicable to everyone so i cant really say which is better but for you to try it on yourself.

Scenario
Mary is a bishop who maxed her int and dex and has opted vit as her third stat. Her grinding partner is a high damager class with little to no survival skills so her everyday grinding gear consist of Iron Armour up, Wind-up Key, Dragonewt bangle and Ice Book all equipped with ◊MaxHP+20%
Her base matk with no buffs and tank gear is 1389
Which calculates her heal unbuffed tank gear into this:
Heal = (600 + MATK) x 2
= (600 + 1389) x 2
= 3978 (removing random values)
Saddened by her heal value, she believes she can tank well enough to exchange her Wind-up Key with either Viola (Matk+9%, Heal Recov+10%) + Grail (Matk+3%, +10% Heal Recov on add gear) or Medic Pouch (Heal Recov+15%) + Grail (Matk+3%, +10% Heal Recov on add gear). Her aim is to achieve the highest heal only using add gear as her heal gear. To calculate which would be better suited to her taste she modified and found that Viola with Grail gives the highest heal value.
Viola + Grail
- Matk = 12%
- Heal Recov = 20%
Matk = 1389 (1389 / 100 x 12)
= 1556
Heal = (600 + 1556) x 2
= 4312
Total Heal = Heal + (Heal / 100 x Heal Recov)
= 4312 + (4312 / 100 x 20)
= 5174 (again no random values)
Medic Pouch + Grail
- Matk = 3%
- Heal Recov = 25%
Matk = 1389 (1389 / 100 x 3)
= 1431
Heal = (600 + 1431) x 2
= 4062
Total Heal = 4062 + (4062 / 100 x 25)
= 5078
I could be wrong, I haven't tested this formula yet u.u
