Anger's/Pein High Wizard Guide!
Stats:
256 Int
256 Dex
71 Vit
60 Crt
256 Int
256 Dex
71 Vit
60 Crt
Reasons for stats:
Having max Int means that you will have max Magical Defense and mana for casting AOE spells like earthquake. Int gives you Mana attack as well which is why you should add Int as one of your first main stats. I have capped Dexterity because having max Dexterity gives you max casting speed but also ups your mana attack as well. You will need some Vit if you want to withstand some hits and not die all the time unlike pure dps High Wizards with a INT/DEX/CRT build. The Crt stat will help you later on when you become level 180 and you obtain the passive skill "Spellburst" which makes your spell a stronger attack by chance.
Gears:
DPS:
Solve Rod + (upgrade) +9 <Gerust>
Exelis (upgrade) +8 <Moldus>
Bunny Ear Hat Up +8 <False Grecia>
Dragonnewt Bangle <Mezzaluna>
Tank:
Bunny Ears +8 <Max Hp 20%>
Iron armor (upgrade) <Max Hp 20%>
Sauro stick +8 <Max Hp 20%>
Stone Figurine
Reasons For Gears:
Using solve rod gives a skill delay which is really useful if you want to continually spam earthquakes over and over again. The upgrade gives Matk 7% which is more of a reason to use this and there will be another upgrade for this rod sometime in the future updates. Exelis Up gives -1 second skill delay which is reliable for me if I want continually spam the majority of the high wizard skills, and in the future there will be another upgrade for it. I use Bunny Ear Hat Up slot because it provides me 7% matk, provides +500 hp which kind of increases your survivability, and -15% cast time, which is extremely reliable for skills later on which require -cast time gear. Its also an alternate if you can't afford expensive things such as Mercure. False Grecia crystals give Matk 10% which is useful for a high wizard as a full set of False Grecia's will give you a high Matk of 2800+. However the cons of using False Grecia is that it gives a +30% Mp consumption, so you may have to mana recharge yourself after casting a specific amount of spells. I use gerust because it provides me 20% Matk, but I would only use 1 because of the +1 second delay it gives which slows down your earthquake spamming in time. I use moldus because it provides me +14% Matk without any cons, being in my opinion a must for any high wizard to have. I use dragonnewt bangle because its a free special equip slot from mq so i can slot a mezzaluna which provides me +15% matk.
Tank:
Using Bunny ears gives me Vit+10 with Max hp 250, so this will boost your hp by a ton if you use it. Iron armor upgrade gives max hp +1000 which gave more a reason to use it because this helps you take more damage if a boss were to do fast hits i.e. 3k per hit. I chose sauro stick as one of my rods mainly because it was cheap, but also because it gives me Matk as well with 6% and a slight boost of Int +3 and Dex +3. The casting time -10% is more of a reason to use it as you can cast spells faster. I chose stone figurine because its IF boost gives me max hp 1500 without any negative boosts unlike Seahorse bangle. The bangle gives matk 1% which can help you slightly a little with damage. I use Max hp 20% because it will boost my hp by a ton with a full set which makes it easier for you tank as a high wizard. Having this whole set you should have approximately 15-16k hp.

High Wizard Leveling Guide
Quest Leveling:
120-150
There is a quest in the Maze of Enzeits called "Snakes in the Maze" which gives 410k experience every time you turn in the quest after you kill the mob 'Naga' 99 times and "Safety Rope in the Maze" which gives you 55k experience after obtaining 30 "Tough vine". There is an NPC named 'Kunst' who is a general store merchant if you press the chat option, so you can clear your bag there if it becomes full. Doing this should take you about a week or two to get to level 150.
150-170
There is a quest in Homonculus City called "Monsters In the Valley" (you will first need to get the scenario quest from the NPC in the magical research area in Elban to get to the area) from the NPC named 'Hasuteru', which gives 940k experience for every time you turn in the quest after you kill the mobs 'Rutato', 'Effects' and 'Embryo' 60 times.
170+
There is a quest in Dierolt The Inner Depths called "Makeshift Armor", which gives 290k for every 90 'Hard armor pieces' you collect. You can farm the drop from the mob 'Hummer', who can be found in the map 'The Industrial City of Regan'. You will gain 450k experience if you kill the boss 'Zimov', otherwise you will only gain 290k from the quest.
180+
There is a quest in Kakeula City called "Protect The Dragon" from the NPC named 'Ryuan' which gives you 2.9m experience for every time you turn in the quest after you kill the mobs Ushi-Oni, Shiki-Oni and Nozuchi x99 times. There is a rare mob called Tsuchinoko, which the quest will give you 3m experience instead of 2.9m if you kill it. You can find the rare mob spawn at floor 2.All of these mobs are located in Sakimore no Ryu's dungeon Mt Ochikubo.
