So atm I have around 1600 matk about 1800 matk with dielita, g.helm, g.candle and m.garb up (not sure on actual matk gotta check after maintenance)
I use my hp set and I can two shot 3 neknotts using eq.
But I was wondering how much matk would I need to 1 shot neknotts, as well as how much f.g xtals I'd need to reach that (only xtal I can get atm x.x)

I think about 2700 matk to sure hit die 3 neknott using earthquake.u may use grecia instead of fg for leveling.like me i using no mpcost xtal fot lvling and full matk gear when in pt boss

2,550 minimum for 100% 1 hit 3 at once
1 or 2 fg is good enough but I'm sure 1 can be subbed out with magical ring or magia ring

Edit just checked with dielita, g.helm, m.garb up, and magical ring ns I have a little over 2k matk, although when I use g.candle instead of m.ring (scared of that hp decrease) I have about 1.9k Im scared to use m.ring since Im under 200 xD strangely (for me) I was taking less damage from Neknotts with the m.garb on ._. Im guessing they were dealing mainly magic dmg xD

Im guessing they were dealing mainly magic dmg xD Neknotts deal both physical and magic. So you do want gear that will protect you with Mdef. I mainly use tunic3 as my primary as that is my atk gear. Has more Matk and Mdef than Mgarb, but the only downside of it is if you have low dex you will be casting fairly slow. To 1 shot neknotts you will need approx 2600 matk as when I use different gears I am at 2500 and need to hit them again. ATK Gears Kerykieon/FG +9 Tunic3/Shojo +7 Ghelm/FG +7 Gcandle |

If ure using hp set get spellboost you dont have to recharge 24/7 and with pet its even better Via Tapatalk, try it  |

That realy bad idea to use spellboost for leveling because its duration skill which is depend dex.full dex u got 31 sec.while with 1dex only last 15sec.. If u dont have enough xtal to 1 hit kill neknott,u better use resty rod for its autoskill when defending.. |

But they do shellbreak which penetrate through high def (not sure abt this)... i think. Neks can hit me up to 1.2k shellbreak on hp gear, and 1dmg on my dps gear (at lower lvls and 50vit) and some physical dmg. I think the weaker your Def, the less dmg you get. And... Now tho, at 70 vit i take more damage than before like 130-300 dmg. Btw, at 2.3-2.4k matk there is this 20-30% chance that you can 1-hit k.o. nekks, and at 2.5k matk, there is 5% chance that there will be 1mm worth of hp left. q.q (happens to me when i switch to srod ns fr srod gerust coz... the delay is annoying at continuous grinds). You might want to switch to dpr soon too.^^ It also has auto skill, useful when it activates on the last hp of them nekks. |

You might want to switch to dpr soon too.^^ It also has auto skill, useful when it activates on the last hp of them nekks. This might be due to the # of Neks you're hitting. One hitting 1 Nek has a Lot lower matk requirement, vs one hitting 3 neks. |

Altoshear (cast time-20%)
Wind Up Key (MaxHP+15%, Cast Time-10%?)
Ghost Candle
Use 1 FG and 1 Shojo (in armor) should have you at about 2.4-2.5k matk, and with the elemental boost from Shojo, you should always 1 shot Neknotts.
You can always farm Mereth from Jabek instead of outright buying Altoshear, and just upgrade it yourself to Altoshear.
