Well, December, 22th I was playing normally during an interval in my school (using school's wi-fi conection), then sudently I was forced to log out and when try to enter again, my account was banned since this message appears when I try to enter in any server:
"Failed to login because of mainetance or heavy traffic."
I did not use any cheats or third apps in game, I tried the custom support and all they said it's the system detected an abnormality and penalty me.
There's anything that I can do to recover my account again? Or just lose it forever?
Sorry if my english is hard to understand, this isn't my mother language.
Edit: [SOLVED] After a while (sending a lot of emails) the problem was finally resolved! This message can also occurs when you have a unstable connection, so the game blocks your access until you have a good connection. They didn't this but I think the system have bugged since even with another conection (my personal's wifi) I still can't play, but now everything it's okay. So guys, don't play with bad conection, okay? If are you getting a lot of DC's or something, just quit and wait a few minutes.

If it's not a ban, what is it? I see many posts in this forum and everybody was saying this is a penalty for SH users.

Sometimes I got that notice when login right after the maintenance ended. (3-5 minutes). Can't login bc heavy traffic and then try to login after 30minutes. And everything is okay...
And sorry what happened to your acc.

my analysis:
1) they detect that you are indeed using 3rd party app 2) their detection is false and this is a false flag 3) some games ban players via game account, ip, mac. which is one of the reasons why I dislike public wifi (looking at starbucks) when playing mmorpgs outside

View Attachment not a ban it's probably just a bug try clear data/change in network or vpn u can also wait for in-game update (Wednesday)
