Questions about jp test server o.o

Hello, i have heard about the jp test server where you can test all the skills you want and am interested for the new skills and also classes playstyles i wanna discover and test diferent build u cant usually do coz of limited stefyl


Now the threads that talk about it were really for ppl who have some info and already use the test server but i was super confused ,
I wanna know how to get in ,any requirements,
How to get gear atleast the type you want (like throwing,swords )
How to get pet skills
How to get ava maybe xd

I hope to learn before the next opening of the server
