Highwizard took the highest blow from the adjustment and become crippled, thats the fact. ╮(╯_╰)╭
this is some of my suggestions (dreamy) for next adjustments. lol.

Waiting for the third wave of next balancing, lets trow some time into some useless thing 😂 and keep dreaming.
1. Bandersnatchgranted dizzy for 30s to the hitted monster (for lack/ almost none existence of HW's matk up self buff).

> Rework Bander as a mean of escape and accelerate skill with insta-cast fiture.
100% success rate.
Can teleport to approach enemies throught the walls.
first use insta aproaching to the enemies, second use will teleported back HW to Grigori mark and recover 20% max mana.
Without Grigori, Bander will always aproaching enemies and gained no buffs (can be used as fast moving throughout the maps, kinda cool type of acceleration skill)
Bander after Grigori will granted assault buff for 5 seconds and some bonuses dmg to Zero Ray, mgc eva, abs eva, eva for and recover 30% mana.
Assault buff boost Zero dmg only, no longer Neutral mgc boost nor MATK bonus.
Linked to Grigory.
2. CastDefendautomatically activating while buff assault from bandersnatch activated (due to nerfed evasion rate of assault for better survivability).

> Rework Cast Defend to Mana Shield, every dmg received will be mitigated to Mana pool first instead of Hp Point, with 7:3 ratio. Every level will grant 25point of mana, and every 100 lvls will grant 10% max mana permanently.
3. CRT besides granting spellburst rate also adding magic penetrate. example; 100 CRT = 10%spellburst + 10%mgc pen (so there's the uniqueness for the wielder of the original spellburst skill)

Ai~ perfect. Rate burst and penetrate. More perfect if not only rate but burts dmg too. No longer fix 50% bonus dmg. 100 CRT = 10% rate, 10% mgc pen, 5% burts damage.
4. ManaStock stacking (saving) 1 buff/ level stacked. 3X ManaStock grants 3spells buff-ed. and also work for zeroRay (can any1 understand this? (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻)

> Rework this time consuming but very tempting buff, make it little bit efficient.
Lv1 for 4large magics and lv.1 impe ray,
lv.2 of Mana Stock will only work for Imperial Ray lv.2.
Stock x3 can be used for 3times of enhanced Impe Ray.
5. ZeroRay lev.2 (c'mon, there's baxstab lv.2 out there)

6. adjust time restraint of force up, forceboost and recast debuff (its so hard to maintain the law of element's gauge, senpai!)

Long last LoE means longer duration of +50% ele mgc. %LoE will locked with Forceboost (if use Forceboost while LoE just at 20 gauge, it mean only get 10% dmg ele from ImpeRay + 50% from Forceboost it self)
Using Forceboost without Grigori will not generated Magic Elemental circle, only locking LoE %gauge for the next 5 minutes)
Forceboost will Locking Large spell's element used before Imperial, chosen mgc element gained +50%, others magical elements will reduced by -100%.
Forceboost with activated Grigori will generated magic circle on the ground for 5 minutes.
While in the mgc circle HW will restored 100% MP and buffed with cut range, cast defend, MPC-, CSPD+, +50% ele mgc including Neutral ele.
Walking out the mgc circle will remove all buffs and MP become 0.
Diff Impe colours depends on the mgc ele.
With 400 DEX will max Impe Cast to 3s, cannot insta cast even with 10k CSPD so no longer penalty.
Mana Overflow, if stunned while casting will occur Mana Overflow. Dmg output will becomes unstable between 60% - 150% dmg.
30s recast debuff.
Recast will removed if moving maps.
7. GRIGORI!!change STR to DEX or CRT for the success rate of the ailments. (wizard with STR? no thank u!)
or if the developer stand still to the STR, please put some hidden attributes, (example; GRIGORI >>> STR by using STAFF will raise Highwizard's demage output stability)

8. Rod Mastery.
Boosts MATK and also Magic Resistance.
The wielder of magic but weak against magic, logic?
And also -MPC.
5% mgc resistance and -5%MPC per skill level sounds legit.
9. Mirage
> Rework as supplement to Mana Shield.
Dmg received will processed further with max Hp and MP ratio, mana shield no longer sucking hard on MP pool.
Defend against inta-death 1 time, if dmg received over max MP n HP.
Boost eva, mgc eva, abs eva in assault buff.
+30% CSPD.
10. HOW TO PLAY?
> Buffing, Mirage, ManaStock, Multicast,
Come in to the boss room,
Leave Grigori anchor mark in save place,
Bander to approach the boss,
Use large magic 1x,
Impe Ray to lock mgc ele,
Forceboost to get superb 5 minutes mgc circle,
Battle,
In critical situation, use bander second time to insta escape to the anchor mark, removed all buff and MP but will regain 20% MP again from linked bander-grigori.
> Grinding for lvl up, keep LoE to 100 and lock with Forceboost. Happy 100% bonus chosen mgc ele for next 5 minutes.
> Zero.
Grigori in save place and do as usual, bander and zero. Bander again to teleport away to the mark and gained 20% MP, and then bander again to regain 30% MP more.
11. New Skills
> Elemental Disintegrate (active)
Using all max MP and channeling 4 different elemental orbs. The orbs will fall and generated 4 chaotic area near the enemy and after 5s it exploded. (Sauro 450 area skill)
Only can be used if Mana full.
AoE skill type.
Burst and TIK type dmg.
Granted all type of ailments from 4 large spells to the enemies for 20s.
Format dmg = MATKx?? + All 4 diff ele mgc% + MP used + mag pen.
Enemies will Disintegrated over time, every 2s will loose 1-16% HP based on enemies current HP, lesser HP loose more. for 20seconds duration.
After casting Elemental Disintegrate, HW entering Mana exhausted condition, all mana emptied and cannot recover mana with any means for 5s.
Max MP will shrink 20% and only can be restored to 80% max MP for 30s.
thats all.
i thinks that not change much to the whole HW's roleplaying, will not make HW super OP instead be balanced to the others demage dealer jobs.
