Is Iruna worth playing? Or majority of the community went to Toram? It looks like Iruna's community is slowly decreasing?
After I have been away for very long time, thinking whether I should come back.

For me it's worth playing, because there's still stuff I want to do and it feels rewarding achieving it.
IDK about the Toram migration you're asking about, but to me they're very different games. Sometimes I login to Toram, but it doesn't keep my interest for long, unlike Iruna. In Iruna the skills, gear, and xtals are way cooler. (also gear is not confusing like in Toram, with one name but a gazillion different looks and stats)
So I guess give it another try and see if you can find something in it which makes you want to keep playing.

Yes. You don't just play a game for community.
At least for me.

Personally, even if I was the only one left playing this game, as long as I like the content, gameplay, etc.. I’ll continue to play it.
It depends on what you want out of this game. If you play it just to socialize, the decreasing community aspect will turn you off.

Just play whenever you wanted. For me, Iruna still easier to play than Toram because Toram gear will had different stats eventhough their name same. Also, more skill creativity in Iruna, thanks for Iruna autoskill mechanics.

Is Iruna worth playing? Or majority of the community went to Toram? It looks like Iruna's community is slowly decreasing? After I have been away for very long time, thinking whether I should come back. I would comment that it depends partially on what about this game interested you the most, or what about games in general keep you playing them. Iruna's community is NOTHING like what it was before. The majority of players/character do not speak English fluently enough to hold a conversation, so if English is your main language, you are in the minority. More and more often I run across issues when making a party or trying to trade because people will say "br? indo? ph?". The dev team is mostly unresponsive to us, at least from what my friends and I have experienced, even if we directly contact Asobimo HQ in japan. Many people scam, hack, constantly beg, steal from you as often as they can, and take advantage of anything and everything. Guilds are a form of community, but they are an utter joke. Despite the fact that there is no application system in the game, many people still manage by recruiting through group chats. Nowadays, it is quite likely to fill a guild with 100 people through recruiting and have all of them just be beggars. Many people are close minded when it comes to partying, despite the huge range of jobs and possibilities. I continue playing the game because a few of my closest friends still play, and it makes me happy to see them send me gifts every time I log in. I enjoy hanging out with them. I have made it so far in the game that it isn't difficult for me to do anything or go anywhere, so maybe I also enjoy chilling and wasting my time. The majority of the old and good community that was helpful, caring, and just wanted to have fun in a cool game have left long ago. The best people I know who left Iruna are mostly gamers that know there is a huge world of better games out there. I am in contact with many of them over steam and discord because they've moved back to PC games. I would say the biggest downfall of Toram is how huge the application is. It's tough on some phones... If people cannot afford a computer/console to play games on, they probably cannot afford to buy high end iphones/android that will run Toram smoothly and not crash. If they do have a decent mobile device, Toram is already no longer the newest and best game. It's Sword Art Online: Integral Factor now. But, despite the entire cesspool of crap that is Iruna, the game design is still mostly ingenious and original in comparison to the rest of the mobile world. If you do come back, I would like you to be prepared to be alone. You also will not have the novelty of exploring and experimenting like first-time players do, so I am afraid it will quickly bore you without a good community to make it fun. That does not mean it is impossible... just unlikely you will enjoy it as much as you did before. If you decide to not come back, I recommend SAO as the newest mobile game. If you also use steam and other PC platforms, I recommend Soul Worker and Closers as two very well made and fairly new anime MMORPG style games. On a last note, if you do return, feel free to contact me and I might introduce you to the remainder of good people I know. They are extremely difficult to find nowadays.

Most of ppl are going to say yes, most likely is because they've been playing iruna for a while now, which is a biased opinion, but it's an opinion.
Been playing iruna for a while and this is my 3 cents in.
Iruna has loads of quests and things to keep yourself busy, for sure you'll have something to do, either chat with friends or grind. So yeah in a sense, it's worth playing if you're in need of a game that's grind hungry, and never really feeling you've "completed" the game in one setting.
On the other hand, many people do tend to play for the community. Why would you play an MMO if theres hardly any fanbase/community? Might as well go play DD or DS if you want to solo play. To this, the game is on the fence for me, the community is lacking, maybe just in Inter. Servers. Party play is lacking as well, with the basic metas and 300+ only parties. Have any of you seen the drama and ignorance ingame, definitely not worth trying the game out.
If you're asking if Iruna is worth playing for newbs in 2018, the answer for me would be a fat no. Economy is terrible, and unless you make friends fast or enjoy those long 12+ grinds in a day, good luck. Game is not newb friendly and is need of the nerf that's coming, only thing after that needs the economy balance.
However, if you're asking for returning players and veterans, I think it's still okay to play in 2018. You have some gear to get started back up again. Vets are always testing new gear and damages, so no problem there.
Lastly though, yes again, there is ton of content to do and keep busy, but the way the servers are and the community itself is, ehhh. Iruna will always have a special place in the heart, but sometimes you gotta let things go. Others will be reluctant and probably call me out, but there's no denying the iruna went downhill.

I enjoy it still. For me toram is kinda a mess lol. I enjoy the simplicity of iruna and with the decline of players it leaves grind spots more open to leveling which is nice. As far as the economy yea prices have went up but that is also because people have more spina to spend. For example many episode 1 boss commons sell for 5m+ stk because they are uses in production. So for a new player you can easily start earning the spina you need get some decent starter equips faster. I also like production because it gives me something to do instead of just grinding everyday. I guess its up to the individual

Toram is cool in visuals, but its really confusing. I just lasted 2 days.
Iruna is more newbie friendly I think, plus other people like the vibes of the oldschool visual.
Some players leave, some players comes in.
So I don't think there is a declining number of players it is still lively as usual.

I think if u like it you like it, I take long breaks from iruna all the time, sometimes even for a year... But really the only reason iruna stops being fun is small stuff like bad devs or the bad players community. I don't think I'll ever quit and I'll be sad if it ever closes down... But irunas really rewarding in the sense of thinking of builds and things like that, it can get boring sometimes because of lack of mq/events/something that isn't grinding
It's fun but everyone needs theyre own way to play, mine is periodic doses, some is 2 or 3 hours a day,on breaks... I think iruna will always be worth playing it just depends on how you want to play

I say no, but it's not like Toram is cooler just because of higher definition graphics. Anyway making money is easier nowadays due to the inflation.

AizenSou [Quitting] making more money doesn't matter if the prices are higher too. So if you're gathering spina to buy stuff from players, I wouldn't say it's easier to make money, maybe it's even harder. The only positive thing about inflation is that, while player set prices rose, npc merchant prices remained the same, so it's easier to make money for pots and other items.

Iruna is one of the more rare games you see in the play store these days. However, there are a lot of things holding this game back from it's greatest potential yet, such as the grinding aspect (although some will argue it's good for the game). You have to grind mobs for hours on end to just obtain one level. How much levels are there? 355 (the real fight begins probably @ Level 50). There is so much pain points lying simply in the experience gained where the game is trying its very best to get you to purchase tickets and books to make this process faster, although it is still a grind regardless. Not only this but quests are not really as great in the higher levels. This is bad because quests are something that is supposed to grab your interest all throughout, not something to be treated like trash. In my opinion it is terrible game design in that aspect. The classes in this game are unbalanced. Yes, Asobimo is trying to balance out all the classes. But where I see the problem lying is from AoE. This gives a big advantage for classes like High Wizard, Bishop, Sniper, Paladin, etc. because they're optimised for anything the game throws at them, especially with the adjustments coming. Also I've seen Makina Yuki make a recent post about how much time it would take to kill the Luna in test server. No offense but I felt that this was a bad post to make (not your fault). This is just informing the community of what classes will be meta in the future to come and will be more accepted for boss fights. This is not promoting party play at all for some classes that really need it. Although this can probably be countered with saying that they have other skills to make use of e.g Alchemist might have a longer time killing bosses but they can also heal Paladins for high health with Haze Revita, and Paladins have resistance to take advantage of. I was hoping for this adjustment to even out the damage and skills so that you have a variety of classes to choose from instead of just a select few. I heard some people saying that having classes with usual roles that you see in other MMORPGs would be bad for this game because one unique thing about this game is the experimentation of what set of classes are awesome combinations. I disagree with this as I see this just running down the same meta path I just explained. This balance adjustment is achieving some things but it also creates problems, on the other hand. Rokoko City is plagued with everything you hate in a MMO, scammers, RMT, inflation (not for the sellers), and much much more. This is a hollow shell of its former self back in the beta days. I used to enjoy coming here but, sorry to say but coming to rokoko feels like being inches to the black market. The neglect of moderation in the game. This has been brought up so much times. There is a lot of care being put into the JP version at the moment, and I am totally okay with that, Japanese is the first version that came out and also where most of the players are. However, in English version, that report button is just a button. Nothing more. The development team won't care. Not one bit. Iruna has me always coming back because of the creativity put into the level design, the music created, the big arsenal of equipment, production (lazy recent caps), and the end game skills. It feels very unique to the world that Asobimo has created, and for that I have great appreciation. I am currently in a love-hate relationship with this game, I felt that this game could have been so much more but the development team is partially ignoring the major problems at hand. New players will have a great time within the first few hours/days of gameplay but as you sink your teeth into the meat the game has to offer, you end up having a bitter taste. Either you have the time to dedicate yourself to the many things the game has to offer or you don't. And that is what I believe to be the make or break situation for many new players entering the game. As it stands now I would not recommend this game to any person unless they bring more care into the English version. EDIT: Didnt take into account how much defense/magic defense bosses would have in comparison to Luna, so maybe that is something to think about.
