Hey there i am making a Assassin and have a buged of 300m and wanted to ask if someone could recommend me an "Starter" Set and a good way to Level my char (Int/Crt/Dex) to 140. Thanks for the help^^
Budget equips...
I am going to suggest equips that are cheap but you can still use them in the long run, so it's not a waste of money.
You won't be able to afford all of these, but you can choose based on what you think is best for you.
Throw: Eventail
- Non-upgraded version of this is very cheap, and a wonderful starter if you would like to focus on other gear. You will be able to upgrade it twice and use it as part of your final set too!
Throw: Uroboros
- Very good skill delay boost as Dex is your last stat. That can help your venom attack delay if you are trying to solo mq bosses. Both dark and light element is good. Some people keep this throw, if it's slotted, into the 300s. But you can buy ns and resell it. If you want an overpowered but also expensive weapon for a level 140,
this is it. Affordable if you cut costs elsewhere.
Armor: Ultimi 1
- Initial Ultimi is somewhat cheap and approximately as good as Ira's first version. It also has half a second of skill delay as you are low on Dex in early levels. Get this if you will have money to upgrade it in the future and if you want to build with gear that has skill delay. You cannot afford the reup Ultimi with all the money you have now, so keep that in mind.
Armor: Ira 1
- Fairly cheap, good damage. You can upgrade it as you pass 140 for also fairly cheap to raise the damage. If you buy a cheap throw, just go ahead and reupgrade your Ira. You can wear it to the very end of the game.
Additional: Eye Bandage
- You don't have Backstab before level 140, so your critical rate matters, as you will be using a throw, regular attack, and maybe poison. The damage addition is good and it's cheap. You won't take losses by tossing this gear after you're done.
Additional: Force Helm
- It adds both atk and crt damage. As your regular attack kind of relies more on attack and less on crt for damage, this is a cheap boost for you to start with. It can be reupped now if you have extra funds, and worn to the end.
Additional: Sablem
- Don't laugh. 500 hp is a lot to add when you only have like 1200. I see no vit in your build and no agi, which means you are going to suffer.
If you have decent damaging throws and armor, I suggest getting this as well to help ease you through boss fights so you can survive at least 1 hit.
Special: Seahorse Bangle
- Once again, cheap gear that adds pure hp will help you immensely to 140. You can sell it easily afterward. You can't spam backstab, a skill you don't have, before 140, so don't worry too much about the lack of mp regen. It's 1500 hp for a hhunter with basically no health. Pretty good deal.
Special: Killer Seed
- You have CRT built as a second stat, and this raises your damage by crt. If you max int around level 86, your damage will start to rise after that. Has no bad effects like Disaster Stone that takes away more of your precious health, so it's a good start. You can sell it for a DS once you're a full assassin... Then again, you might not want to. The damage on this is quite good.
I did not suggest the throw Kagekiri because it is for full assassins, not hunters, so it will be kess beneficial to you before 140. Nor did I suggest Daiginjo Holiday as an add gear because it lowers critical rate so much you might get lower damage because you will be using regular attack mostly. I also did not suggest the special Disaster stone because the subtracted hp will hurt you more than the damage boost will help at such a low level.
As for leveling, here are a few tips:
- Rush MQ as fast as you can. A low level assassin is not an assassin. There is nothing good about savinf MQ and grinding to high level, because nobody will want to grind with a low level sin.
- Be friendly and find lots of friends. Friends make or break this class for some people. Good players will be much more willing to help you not only because you are a struggling sin, but maybe because you're nice.
- Don't focus too much on farming just yet. You have the entire life of an assassin dedicated to farming bosses. You can do with a few initial levels of questing xD
- Don't beg ever. Unless you are the reincarnation of Goku and Madara combined in real life, you will need MQ help. There are bosses that have high physical defense, you cannot evade, map effects, etc. You have an advantage in running MQ quickly if all the people at 3i or yardes do not know your name as a beggar, and MQ is worth more than a few grind levels.
- A decent guild is wonderful help. You can help others on another character in return for them helping your sin, or help them farm/mine/kill something if they help beat a boss for you.
I hope this was helpful and mostly error free... (It's 1am here). Of course, you are completely free to do whatever you want with your money and character, but this is just my life advice to ease your suffering. Being completely honest, a good friend to grind or mq with is worth more than all your gear combined because a sin is much better to play in a party than alone. But maybe that's just me and my way of things... Let me know if you are confused and have a nice day. ヾ(。>﹏<。)ノ゙✧*。
