Well i made a hw about a few week ago and i feel like im doing super low dmg. Any advice? My stats are max int 130 vit 131 dex. Gear im using Uni II gerust, stuggler up fred, taenia tarna and sage hat reup ushilth.

Simply keep leveling up and put more points into dex for a small increase in matk and to give cast speed since you'll need it and once that hits max put some more points into vit until at least 170 for max effect

a bad case of advanced gear issue xD
tellas 2 will beat uni 2 any time of the day when it comes to elemental dmg --and ur way below lvl 300 for uni hidden to give much matk to compare with tellas 2 elemental boost
u might want to consider changing ur weap for one with either -cast or -sd since it'll affect ur early performance
fluency abis since ur dex is dangerously low to keep up with ur set -- ur survival is far more important than burst dmg -- and speed is also crucial : for example lets say with ur set u can deal a single dmg of 30k burst in one skill -- but ur cast speed is low and ur delay is long -- compare when u use a -cast set which allows u to cast weaker but faster spells--which in turn will allow u to utilize kiting method ---
but if ur only after full damage without any notion of speed+survival
then.. ill recommend getting a bit more lvl/stats and get ur vit to 175 to get the +700 matk of struggler , while ur at it max ur dex too -- buy a tellas 2 slot it with nuitram.elemental dmg and -cast / or gerust if u dont really mind losing tellas -1 sd / fiona if u want matk and -sd combined sage is good as it is -- and try using spell king ring +300 magic and +10% elemental magic and -20% cast time
one more thing -- not all expensive end game gears are good for low lvl chars-- alot of new player suffer from this -- best end gear syndrome so better be careful and choose the ones that are appropriate for ur lvl needs

Like others said, just keep leveling, increase your int & dex and vit for struggler's effect. Also unlock apos and put some xtals in there - this will increase matk a bit too. ♪Sumire SKR gives magic+300, not matk+300 (different things). If cast time is what's needed, then SKR is good, but for MATK under lv300 I'd recommend one of these specs: Old Bone Ring, Orichal Hexagram, Master Jittoku Tool.

If cast time is what's needed, then SKR is good, but for MATK under lv300 I'd recommend one of these specs: Old Bone Ring, Orichal Hexagram, Master Jittoku Tool. oops fixed it -- skr gives elemental magic+10% to hw and it beats any matk spec lower than 15% -specially on the OPs case- and it also adds -20% cspd which the OP lacks due to low dex -- hw elemental magic kinda needs a high -cspd on low dex --specially eq and meteor it has more benefit in terms of speed and dmg to raw matk spec -- old bone ring got +mpc , orichal hex got +mpc , master jittoku tool is an all rounder but very expensive --compare to skr ns that is pretty cheap Spell King's Ring [Special] Description: DEF: 0-3 INT +10, Cast Time -20%, Magic +300.
