Hello guys. I really need ur help. It happened about 2 years ago. I had Iruna Online on my Ipad and I loved playing it. I put money in this game also. But then my Ipad crashed and when I got it fixed there was no character on my account. But my other characters have it in friend list even now and it's nickname isn't able for using so the character's still inside the game. I tried to connect to Iruna support but of course they said they can't help me as the problem is not in the game. I don't have a backup. When I open the game app it offers me to create new character. I also have one slot for character only but on my account I had 3 or 4. It seems to me that Iruna isn't connected to Icloud because I'm sure I'm trying to log in the same one that I used during playing the game. It's not my first afford to get my character back but you guys are my last hope. Please, I'm begging you, help me.

Maybe this thread should go in the technical section but...
I’m sorry to have to say this but if you did not backup your iOS device via iCloud, iTunes or computer or any other backup thing (yes, such an annoying process) then your character(s) on that account are gone. I could be wrong but I think your iPad got reseted when you got it fixed so everything is gone including game data.
However if your iPad isn’t reseted and the app is just deleted, just sign in the app store with the same apple ID you used before and download. Your character(s) should be there.

But I highly doubt there is (Thats why every month or they tell us in the announcements to backup). it's simple in android once we link with gmail we can use it on any phone why is it so complicated in ios owo |

With iOS, it's a little retarded. The game account is linked to your device by a unique serial number instead of your email address. That unique serial number gets reset if you do a factory reset on your iOS device.
The only way you can get it back is if you back up your iOS device and checked the "encrypt" checkbox.
Then you would have to do a restore from the backup.
I'm sorry, your account will be lost forever if you don't have the backup.
