Just sharing what I've been working on. I'm not in a hurry to make it though so feel free to test it out. The variables are customizable but the Stat Distribution is impt.
Pros:
1. Very high base ATK.
2. DEX allows for Pole Talisman.
3. DEX allows you to branch to Normal Bows late game.
Cons:
1. Glassy.
2. Non-elemental.
3. lowest ASPD.*
I'm inclined to go this route. Especially since CGBS is so rare.

Daiginjo (Holiday) II ◇Raton
Phantom Flame Set Lv = Cap (verDEX)

Monty Beret II ◇Raton
Disaster Stone / Killer Seed ◇Beelzenoid
☆Strength LV 3 ~ LV 5
☆Attack LV 4 ~ 5
Pros:
1. Very high base ATK.
2. CGB also adds some INT for the SK•PF follow up at 4 clones.
3. Lots of "left over" stat points late game. That's why the Stat Distribution is so loose at the end.
4. Buys you time while deciding. ^^

1. Glassy.
2. Non-elemental.
3. lowest ASPD*
4. CGBS
I might still use this since I'm undecided if I wanna go DEX+ for Monty; but it works best with CGBS... (unless u go INT+).

*It seems all Special Claws have the default lowest ASPD penalty. High Cycle has no effect at all. It also seems that No Elements is a balancing decision so far. It's just a matter of time though.
Things that need testing:
1. IraDai vs BoOPaRo / BoOMont / BooDai XD
2. Killer Seed seems to break 256 Cap. Use this if proven vs Disaster Stone.
