Fabellum's proc rates are unaffected by autoskill %.
It possesses a fixed trigger rate. Fixed meaning the trigger rate is entirely seperate from the trigger rate of skills affected by autoskill %.
-----
Anything that gives a physical additional attack, usually, is fixed trigger rate.
Magic additional attacks are, usually, boosted by an increased autoskill %.
Something to go by ^
Also it's definitely true that reduce bangle & booster are assisted by autoskill %.
-----
Moreover, in your testing you received the highest proc rates wearing dpr and amulet sword. You may have forgotten (but I doubt it), but these two equipments grant autoskill %. Dpr upgrade grants 4%. Amulet Sword grants 5%. Total of 9%. With draw level two, that is 19 autoskill % (which is closer to the most efficient proc rates of 25% and greater).
That may have been why the proc rates where greater then.
Edit: I remembered that Hellshaft gives an... Earthquake(?) So, seeing as that's a magic additional attack. Odds are it's boosted by autoskill %. So, I edited the post. Anyway, the data does seem mostly consistent, except in the case of Fabellum. If there are any doubts about draw, I would suggest equipping a hairband and amulet to replace it. And then performing the same tests.

If I combine the two and.average It I would end up with similar figures to that of a dpr amulet which Is what confuses me. Anyway the sample size Is too small to make a valid conclusion. I can only make hunches so far.

This is the reason that I love enchanters, so very flexible with gear. Not like a ninja where you wear Koda Up, Schwartz, G Ring, Atleta 100% of the time.
Some things that I'm looking at are:
Autoskill evasion set could be: Sinbad 2 (Evasion autoskill) Thief Garb up up up up up.... (Melee+Magic Eva +6% Aulis Gale (evasion up on attack autoskill) Volk Shoes (evasion +10%, Abs eva +2%)
Attack interval: Booster Up Reduce bangle
Crit UP: Finished product: Esmeralda II Stats: ATK:168-180, DEF:3, Wind Elements, CRT+4, Avoidance +10%, Critical Damage +2%, Magic Resistance -20%, When Attacking: Probability of Rise of Critical Rate
MP recovery (good for MP delete bosses to get that 1 mp to use MP Recovery) Ritual Book II (Finished name needs to be confirmed) Stats: ATK:165-180, MATK+7%, When Attacking: Small MP Recovery and Small ASPD Increment as Higher is INT

Even so, cant you just do stone skin and get the 1MP so you can recharge once able? I am not trying to be disrespectful of you or anything, but sinbad II and Aulis gale is a bad combo since one is only gonna ever be active. For evasion, t knife up would be best as weapon, since it is a standard evasion rate added, like t garb. I understand with that set your proc chance is low, because no Dpr, and other autoskill gear so having two chances of dodge rate would be good. But you may find yourself having to choose to use another weapon for more evasion.

Well you can't stone skin with zero MP. You also cannot MP recharge with zero MP. I doesn't matter how much HP you have, it is impossible. It happens often when fighting bossheit or any other MP delete + debuff boss. He zaps your MP and you have to wait till you get hit before you can use your passive ability of damage to MP. Worse is that you are using an evasive set and don't get hit, so you are pretty much useless because you cant recast enchant, stoneskin, autoskill, MP recover, drain, anything.... Soo, what I suggest is to switch or use Ritual up on these bosses, get your 1+ MP back so you can recover and rebuff faster.
For the evasion set, when I tried Sinbad 2 before I did not get 100% coverage on the evasion buff, but if you pair it with another equip with the same autoskill buff it just overwrites the existing buff and extends your time. So with both equipped you should have the buff on 100% rather than like 75% with just 1 gear on. **I haven't tried it with +autoskill gear or since i've gotten to a higher lvl. But yea if you have 100% coverage with 1 gear then you can take the other one off. T Knife would help with base evasion but it would also lower your MATK quite a bit since it isn't a magical weapon.
