Does anyone knows how Muramasa works? How much is the proc rate and what level of Issen does it produce? Does it depend on what level of Issen you have learn?

From what I know... Don't quote me..
Muramasa has %%(don't know) but it can be raised through red and blue lines(yaay purple!!) As for the dmg it's 2×your normal dmg E.G: if you do 20k mura auto procs 40k for a whopping total of 60k(20k×2=40k+original 20k=60k)

I drop about 20800k base dmg an my Muras auto procs about 42-43k so it's just over the ×2 mark
