Hellos - here's hoping someone reads this.
At the moment, I have a 124 Sniper and a 105 Cleric(Soon to be tank bishop). My sniper stats are 256DEX and 125AGI.
What I've been doing recently (that has worked SURPRISINGLY well), is making my Sniper an auto-attack variant while my Bishop holds hate/tanks and engages first.
My question for ya'll is, with the most recent gear that has come out, what would be my most efficient or most damage over time gear be?
I worded that badly. I just want to make my Sniper as p i m p as he can be. Any gear suggestions for DEX/AGI Sniper?

i'ii say go for d.dmail/bc or minenga for more cri, schmuck up/sharp3 and captain bow/bc(if can afford then plazuda) or sharp3... i recommend you to work on critical now since your aim is auto attacker and critical is one of your main stat.

that is what my build back then  max dex and then 150 agi, yes, with those agi, you have a bit high survivality, but since you prefer the auto attacker, you should now focus on Crit, just like what shad said sharpness 3 is cheap compared to other +crit% xtals, and dont ever use a schlingel xtal since it has a negative of crit rate- % |

I'll make it short and simple as possible.
Most efficient sniper build would be
Auto Attack: Agi & Crit
Arrow Rain: Dex & Str
Fast Shot (I haven't fully tried but suppose to be like berserk from a distance): Agi & Crit
Sniping: Not sure.
There will be more attributes to increase as updates keep coming, keep in mind.
In the long run, snipers aren't meant to do dmg up close due to the lack of their defense. They're meant to do damage from a distance.

I suggested it because Yumi is efficient for the agi/crit build. Players, new users, or whoever doesn't have will have to wait until the opportunity for the bow comes out again from the setsubun event. I think it comes out each year. The sources I found about the event may not be accurate, but if it is you'll have each year to obtain it. |

I honestly don't care what you would recommend and would not recommend. I was basically pointing out the possible builds for the Sniper job that he would like to choose from that could work for him. Snipers with AGI going against monsters with higher hit accuracy later game won't matter, when you get hit that's pretty much it, unless you're going to get a HP set to to survive the damage from the lack of Defense and Agility not avoiding the blow and lose your damage output. My question for ya'll is, with the most recent gear that has come out. Any gear suggestions for DEX/AGI Sniper? Gear wise. If you really want to take this path, then so be it. Not sure so much for AGI beside Ghost Ring. That will help with Evasion, but you lose a percentage of your HP. I forgot the number. The gear and Crystas you choose will also define the way you like playing. You like full out damage? Agile and Flexible? Skill Delay? This is a link that will redirect to a thread on the forum with equipment information. Look through and pick the ones you feel would help you with the build to your liking. |

lol no need to get hyper or offended, as i said a new user cannot wait months for special bow to come out so they can auto attack so recommending agi/cri as a build is totally a flop and if they want to wait months for it then i am sure on those months they will get enough lvl to balance their stat as a proper build os sniper which is dex/agi/cri and later str for more dmg and as you are suggesting about survivability you cannot survive magic mobs and snipers are not meant to solo bosses, other then that they can deal massive damage from far |

Thank you both for your input; I had been farming Boss Colon xtals for the simple +atk% on them. Haven't gotten a single one yet. Both of my characters are now 145+ and I still find myself having an incredibly tough time finding the gear I need or want. I think I just need a good farming buddy :/ I mostly run by myself duoing because my guild never has the time or energy to help me.
Could you guys tell me where the areas/mobs are that drop:
Schmuck ?
Captain bow ?
Sharpness3 xtals ?

Both of my characters are now 145+ and I still find myself having an incredibly tough time finding the gear I need or want. I think I just need a good farming buddy :/ I mostly run by myself duoing because my guild never has the time or energy to help me. Could you guys tell me where the areas/mobs are that drop: Schmuck ? Captain bow ? Sharpness3 xtals ? Schmuck from Sandworm Captain Bow from Captain beel? |

Sharpness3 xtals ? its always tough to boost a sniper since we are squishy class but dont give up... sharpness 3 from boros(robot snakes) at jabek map... if captain bow farming is hard i'll prefer you buy it from rokoko for 5m for slot |
