Hi, I spent $25 in the orb shop and won several costume items, books and droplets.
I selected the 11 tries for 30 orbs option, but when I went to collect my items, only the books, portions, and droplets are accessible to me, no costume parts that it said I won.
In the treasure chest purchase history, it clearly shows all the items I won, but like I say, none of the costume items were distributed.....
Can someone please help? It is pretty frustrating to purchase something and not get what you paid for.

Thanks for the info and reply, by 11 tries,I meant, 11 times = 30 orbs 1 time = 1 orb In purchase selection cost. Thanks again  |

Costumes don't appear in your normal inventory. You can put them on by going to menu>character>equipment>avatar(button at bottom right)
I think this is whats confusing you at least.
