Can we do something like I am describing on the title? Make one armor, light remodel it, then synthesize it to a heavy remodelled armor, paying for retaining the light look?
What for? Well, I like the Light Armor look, but... I AM BUILDING A TANK!!! Orz

Sorry but you can't synthesize light armor to look like heavy armor, allow me explain using plate armor as an example;
Say you have 1 light Plate Armor and 1 heavy Plate Armor, but you want the stats of the heavy, so you pay for the stats of the heavy armor, but when you do that you automatically make the outcome of the armor heavy, even if it was 1 heavy Plate Armor and 1 light Forest Wolf Garb it would still turn out looking like a heavy Forest Wolf Garb because you paid for the stats of heavy Plate Armor
Hope this helps
