do i need to buy these in order to make new things?? esp in blacksmith?? ive been noticing ppl going on bout items ik i cant make yet cuz they aint there. was also noticing i can add more points to my skill tree in bs and alchemy. but wasnt sure if i should or not. any help on this question would help me. and ty.
