is it practical to make a ninja with half +hp% and half +crt damage& gear i mean it would have less dps but wouldn't it also survive better think it could farm well too if anyone wants to give constructive criticism please do ^_^ thanks in advance

Nor are they meant to be HP tanks either. Your best bet is to focus on Evasion and - HP%. Higher evasion, less clones you'll lose. Less HP you have, easier to gain more clones so that you don't take any damage to begin with.

Less HP you have, easier to gain more clones so that you don't take any damage to begin with. Agreed. The only time I have hp+% armor on is when I'm making more clones. Survivability depends on how many clones you have on instead of hp. For farming, I don't really care, I use weiss currone, noir currone, and sickle currone. I also use jar sometimes.

i'm talking about for completely soloing every boss even magic ones i think it'd help having more hp just in case right? i mean i've partied with ninjas and they are all like nope can't solo this mob it's magic or it stuns or poisons so i was thinking couldn't a decent gear set offset that flaw entirely

I think they do that on purpose so one character isn't over powered. Yup us ninjas avoid certain bosses but so does every other class. The point is your going to loose way more on stats and end up not even being able to solo ninja friendly bosses effectively.

It's better than an 1hp ninja getting stunned and dying to the smallest attack. Yes it is acceptable. No matter how much how you have you can still make 9 clones with gear. By having how you can switch sets depending on if the mob can clear your clones or not.
I plan to make an how ninja for dual play myself and it will have hp

hmmmmmmm i think i'll be making an hp ninja i honestly think it'll be good i mean it's stats are the same as most ninja just the gears are different

I was under the impression you planned to add VIT or something.. Must have misread. I personally use two sets. One as normal DPS, and in rare cases an HP set for those bosses that do stun. Ex: DPS Schwartz UP/Ganei - -50% G.Ring/Ganei - -50% Weapon of Choice/Ganei - -30% This is pretty basic high dps, no effort required other than Spina. For this most part, it's pretty effective, however later on I wouldn't recommend it. What you really want to be at is -90%, not 100, so you won't die on particular bosses. I'm starting to see them do HP reductions more and more now. 1 HP can't be reduced or split. Basically you'll instantly die, and in some cases reviving that person wont work because the auto HP reduction is automatic. Happens in other cases too, Maze for example. Have a 1 HP build, step on an Anti-HP trap and you'll die.. So, maybe something like.. T.Garb UP 2 (3 when it releases)/Ganei - -30% H.Helm UP/Ganei - -30% Weapon of Choice/Ganei - -30%. Atleta. Of course with this, you may lose some evasion due to the loss of G.Ring but this is kind of where you'll want to be at. As for HP... Pretty Standard. Iron UP/Piton/HP14, 17, 20%... Bunny Ears/Girl's Hood (Highly recommended)/Piton/HP14, 17, 20%. Weapon of Choice/Xtal of choice. S.Bangle I can say my HP set is a mix of Piton and HP 14%, and I have about 7.7k HP. I am very certain, should I bump up to 17/20s, I'll have well over 10k HP. So decent HP and high evasion at the cost of some DPS (I use Yumi, so it doesn't hurt me so much). The only issue is Defense. That's where Girl's Hood comes in. It adds +100 right off the bat, in addition to that it reduces stun time by 1 second (Current Iron UP gives another half second). So you can say goodbye to stuns. Blind on the other hand, works different. Not sure if it's a bug or intentional but.. Majority of the time, it can't be prevented. Because some attacks casts blind by melee. That's why we have trouble with that. Because at the same time as the status effect (Which cuts through clones), you're also taking melee damage at that moment which causes death. Some spells too of course, like H.Light from particular monsters. You can try vaccines, but those only come into effect every few seconds, and not instantly. So, the only real cure for the time being is a Sniper's Night Eye. It cures and most importantly nullifies the blind status. But anyway, tired of typing now.

It's no guarantee of survival but it beats having no chance of survival at all.
