Just finally got my high wizard and looking into cast speed reduction gear. I saw Altoshear does that with 20% reduction time. Is there anything better than that?
And where do i find the Altoshear. Seems i can only find where to upgrade it which is in Fort Bailune.
Also i was wondering how big of a difference you can see in attack with rod vs a throwing weapon.
Int,Dex,Vit build.

Altoshear's only obtained through bailune blacksmith strengthening for Mereth, you can farm the armor from jabek but I believe you need other mats as well to upgrade it to altoshear.

HiWiz have a passive skill called Rod Mastery. So you gain more by using a Rod (Staff) than using a throwing weapon.

The Original Post had a reference to using Throwing Weapon against the conventional Rod for HiWiz and therefore the statement.
