Sorry for this newbie question: Whenever I cast a magic, there is a time delay before the cast and after the cast. Each magic seems different in pre-delay and post-delay. What contribute to these two delays? CSPD? Skill delay? Item delay?

Cspd effects the casting time Skill delay affects the delay after the spell is used
Item delay affects delay after using an item.

Cspd effects the casting time Skill delay affects the delay after the spell is used Item delay affects delay after using an item. As I like to think of it Cast time = time between you click the skill and the spell hits and is affected by your CSPD (You see items with +CSPD and -cast time, both of which does the same thing) SD = time from spell hitting to you clicking skill again (only see items with -sd)

Adding further comments
Cast time: Can become better as you increase your DEX stat. higher DEX increases your CSPD and you cast faster. You have some weapons which can provide a cast time reduction (Caduceus)
Cool Down Time: Affected by gears and xtals. Ultimi(-0.5) = Ultimi reduces skill delay by 0.5 seconds. You can choose from the following. Gear name and the skill delay reduction in brackets. U
Weapon:
Solve Rod (-0.5), Solve Rod+(-0.7), Esprimere III (-1), Ambition (-1)
Armor:
Ultimi (-0.5), Exelis II (-1.0), Exelis III (-1.5)
Additional:
Mercure (-0.7), Wolf ears upgrade (-1), Snow ear muff (??),
Barbarotita (-1), Montol Colliet (-1)
I may be wrong in some of the equipment which are mentioned in Bold. There are also some Xtals which provide cast time reduction or skill delay reduction.
Xtals (gerust) and weapons(resty rod) which increase skill delay = meaning that you will take EVEN LONGER time to cooldown or cast.
