Full int until maxed if you're going Bishop, agi to 150 first then crit to the same then split between them until max if you're going Monk

I would personally recommend going 2INT 1VIT (or AGI But i recommend VIT) until your VIT or AGI is at 35-51. Then continue to max out INT. After INT is maxed, Max out DEX. By the time your dex is maxed or at 240(still decent cast speed for nemisis) you will be able to use nemisis.
If you have a reset book then its best to go max INT then max AGI or VIT(Again i recommend VIT) until you hit level 18p and get nemisis. Why? Because unless your going to be using manawave as your main attack instead of holy light, then dex is useless.
If your going monk add 140 AGI, then aim for 150-210CRT(the amount is mostly dictated by your gear), back to AGI until max. From there you can choose to add VIT for durability, INT for magic defense/support/damage, DEX for skill delay or STR for more base damage. Unlike most classes, a good mix of these stats can work pretty well to suit your needs. Also maxing our CRT is recommended eventually so that you can use a variety of gear.
Im not a monk btw, only a bishop so my advice on monks is just my opi if i was to build one myself.
