I grinded my bishops carp to 101 just to make arrows and get ameno(got one s third try x.x) now I can finally put mort effort lvling my agi/crit /dex snipe :3

This guide is just from my own personal experience as a Sniper, with the help of all the info I’ve read here in forums, in the English & JP Wiki, and from friends in game. Corrections and opinions are welcome, as I need more help in completing this simple guide. :3
I can proudly say that a well-equipped Snipers are the best DPS class in game. DPS as in damage per second, as a level 180+ or 200+ can deal 20-40k+ damage per second, and at lvl 240+, you can deal up to 60k+ damage, depending on the mobs/boss, your build and equips, and the party you are with. But Snipers tend to fall on one of the hardest class to level up, low survivality, no heal, no mp heal, the hunter class discrimination, and so on. So patience and hard work is a must :3
BUILDS
All class can have different builds, depending on the way you want the game to play. And so are the Snipers. But I’ll focus more on the Arrow Rain build coz this is the type of Sniper I am.
Common Builds:
DEX/STR = the Arrow Rain to Crossfire build
This build, primarily, is a skill spammer build, using the main damage skill, Arrow Rain. Pretty hard to level build, coz you must always have MP pots on your bag, or must need a buddy hw (for mp heal) or buddy bishop (for bless) to lessen the amount of MP pots you may use during all those times. Leveling is hard because this build has no evasion (AGI) to help you survive, and not enough HP (VIT) for all the damages from mobs/bosses.
“Kiting” is needed here, the shoot and run technique, where you need to distance yourself to the target, shoot the AR skill, then back away again, ready to shoot the 2nd AR, and so on, until the target dies. Mostly effective against slow-moving mobs/bosses. Level 180+ skill, the Frozen Arrow, will help you utilize “kiting”, except for boss fights, they maybe froze but their movement will not slow down compared when you used it on regular mobs.
You can only use Crossfire after reaching level 240. Sounds tough right? At first, i dont know how to use it too, but a fellow sniper friend, Christ, show me how :3 You will just only use Area Rain and then do Crossfire as a combo within the 6 seconds Special Status time triggered after using Area Rain.
Maxing DEX first, then STR is the right way for this build. Coz DEX add points to ATK (for damage output), HIT (for accuracy and number of arrows you can hit the target) and CSPD (for skill delay), then STR also add points in ATK. After maxing both of them, I greatly recommend now to use your points on CRIT. After maxing all 3 of them, its all depend on your game play style again, add in in VIT for extra HP, coz you need more HP now, because of the AOE skills, or put in on AGI, yes, for evasion. :3
AGI/CRIT = the Auto Attack Build
This one typically is an easy to level build (with right knowledge in game) compared to AR spammer build. You won’t need to spam your AR a lot in here and burn MP pots, and your focus is in killing mobs/bosses with the use of the Normal attack button, dealing high or critical melee damage and fast shooting. With high evasion from AGI, most normal hits from mobs/boss will miss.
Kiting is also good while dealing with magic based mobs. Shoot and run, shoot and run, and so on. Recommended build for newbies who want to be a sniper. Also, for those who want to be an AR build, and want an easy way to level, until you decided to reset your stats and be an AR spammer.
DEX/INT = the Magic Bow Build
(Still needed detailed info in this, so if anyone wanna share, feel free appreciated much . I haven’t tried to make this one, coz I need a reset book and maybe a different set of gears )

NOTE!!
Whatever build you choose, the 3rd and 4th stat is really depending on you. You can put it on VIT for more hp, on INT for much larger MP Pool, on AGI for more evasion, on CRIT for more critical hits of course, DEX for more CSPD. Or combination of any of these. AGI and VIT will surely help for extra survivality. And more INT = more MP, for the long run. It’s just unfair that ninja has larger MP than us, even though they don’t use or have INT in their build

For me, I’ve chosen CRIT for my 3rd stat, as you will need it later for the level 220 (Area rain) and 240 (Crossfire) skills, which damage also based on the amount of CRIT you have. CRIT doesn’t affect the Arrow Rain skill at all, but it does have an effect on Sniping and Freeze Arrow skills, as well on Paralysis Arrow skill when it triggers.
I have 150 AGI back then before I reset to CRIT, I’ve tested and noticed, as well as my other Sniper friends, which also reset to CRIT as 3rd stat or already has CRIT on their build, that Paralysis Arrow skill triggers more when using the Arrow Rain Skill, the Freeze Arrow Skill, and the Sniping Skill, and it deals way more damage. Also CRIT increases the chance of Paralysis Arrow skill to trigger.
GEARS
AR SPAMMER BUILD
Arrow Rain build used normal bows, skill delay equips, and ATK+% crystals. All class can be expensive depending on what you want it to be. Listed below are the equips that I’m currently using, there are more that maybe better than this, but that’s depends on you. Of course, higher atk/def, much better.
Bows
Celtis Bow 199+7 Atk5 Oritius
(ATK + 15%, Accuracy + 10 %, Hate Rise + 10 %, Item delay - .5 sec)
Moonlight Bow 181+9 with Oritius (ATK + 5 %, Accuracy + 5 %, ASPD – 100 %, MP Cost - 25 %, Skill delay – 1 sec)
Seele Bow 44+9 Heal 2 with Veltria (Atk up based on Lvl. Magic attach chance by attack. Magic Bow)
*i only used this for healing
Storm Bow Sturm 165+9 2s with Spector & Vatendeth
(Dex + 15, CRT + 10, ASPD + 30 %, Normal attack chance x 1.25 by attack. Wind element)
Armors
Exelis Upgrade Def 12+9 Str 5 with Magonza (ATK + 3%, MATK + 3%, Evasion + 5%, Magic R + 12%, Skill delay – 1sec)
Additional Gears
Schmuck Upgrade Def7 + 9 with Schlingel (ATK +6%, Reflect +5%, Critical Rate +5%)
Separation Arrow +7 Quick use 5 with Vida
(MaxHP - 10%, Recoil 1%, Delay - .5 Sec, Atk +5%, Critical damage + 10%)
Special Equipment
Thimble with Ganei or Warrior of Light (ATK up by DEX on Bows) Stone Figurine(ATK&MATK + 1%, MaxHP + 1500 if Lvl > 179) AUTO ATTACK BUILDAuto attack build used special bows, benefits more in AGI/CRIT +% xtals and gears. Some bows with ASPD+% or Crit Damage + % or Melee +% can also be used. But special bows is specially made for them Bows
Malicia Bow
(Critical rate + 20%, Skill delay – 1 sec, Status up for Sniper Lvl 199 >. Special Bow ) This one is the best special bow so far, in terms of stats, for auto attack build, but Ameno Uzume can be better against Water element mobs/boss. Ameno Uzume
Yumi Bow

NOTE!!!
You can get the Moonlight bow (ATK 175 – 185) as a random reward in the “Four Bead” quest in Blacksmith, Drafbourg City, but getting one is like getting a normal rare drop, so goodluck. :3 One more thing, this quest is for level 180+ only. Prices for moonlight bow range from 5m up to 20m, more or less, depending also in ATK, as equips with higher ATK or DEF is much expensive.
Violakrile is the upgrade of Violaceum bow, you can get it from Tarante, the spider boss near in Elban City. Then you can upgrade it in Port Spargas.

Schlingel – ATK +8%, ATK +6, Crit Rate – 10 (2m+)
Ganei – ATK +10%, MaxHP -30%, Adds MaxHP +30% on Special (14m+)
Boss Colon – ATK + 12, ATK + 6%, DEF - 4% (2-3m)
Seigetsu – ATK + 10%, HIT – 30%, Crit chance – 30% (10m+)

LEVELING
As I mentioned above, levelling a Sniper is really hard as well as the other hunter class, Assassins. But that is before when there is still no Megaroches or High Ents. Naga quest is the best exp quest back then, I levelled my sniper there from 120 up to 180+.
Levelling up to 150 nowadays can be done in a day or two, by finishing all the main quests, but I won’t really do it I where you, but it’s your choice. You can be a level 150+ within a week, but you can’t call yourself strong enough, coz you might don’t even know much about the game yet, so I suggest, just take it slow, enjoy the game, explore the Iruna world, and make friends.

As for the best grind spot?
1. Tarante’s near Elban City is a good spot. Be sure that you are of the same level as Tarante, Lvl 149 or else, you will die in an instant as those spiders are aggressive.
Recommended Level: 150+
2. Megaroche – everybody knows them, and everybody is welcome here.
Recommended Level: 140+
3. Neknotts/High Ents/Ugly Mantis – they are good exp mobs but can still you in 1-2 hits. If your AR damage is 20K+ on them, and you can kill them in 1 hit, you are good to go here. Except the High Ents, on which, if you can find a party here, much better.
Recommended Level: 160+
Make sure you carry a few stacks of HP/MP pots always. As you always depend on MP for the skills.
Chipped mage ore, an uncommon drop from Lukochiro, map before Drafbourg City, gives MP for a certain period of time.
Cursed evil eyes, drops from Medusa, gives 1kmp and a stun well its really useful, the stun is only for 3-4 secs.
