I don't know why this hasn't been updated in the skill section of the JP wiki when it was elsewhere already but oh wells haha.
These are changes to skills and added skills a lot of people aren't aware of. As far as I know if the skill is already out then it already has these changes to it(ex:Pillar Blade, Dark Blast, etc). There are also a lot of extra skills that will be added. Some of these will change the play style of classes they are for.
This was posted on another thread in the middle of it but I can't remember which one. I don't think a lot of people saw it since it was for a specific class I think.
I don't know when the extra skills will be released but all Non-Special Classes will get one and they range from level 140-210. Ninja also gets one.
