1.hi i'm a newbie monk and i was thinking if maxing crit is a must for monks if they use sion capell and not koda? do you think 200-220 crit is enough? . 2. should i use leather coat up hp+20% when grinding high ents? because having pure dmg equips can kill me with just 3hits xD. weapon:Sion capell(plazuda) armor:Dunkelheit up(Magonza) add. gear:Aulis gale(Cerberus) Special eq:dodge charm(ganei)

1) maxing crit is a must imo, because it affects shellbreak damage, crit rate, and normal crit damage.
2) you should have sets to adapt to what you're farming, if you can't go full on dps without dying every few hits you should get bulky-er.

If you find yourself dying too much at High Ents than use Leather Coat Up Hp 20%. That would be the only survival equip you need. I wouldn't recommend using rush on then when soloing just because of the hassle that comes with it makes it not much faster.
I'd recommend a Horned Helm Up instead of Aulis Gale for ents for the extra HP. Just put a BC in it or something. If you don't use rush then H Helm alone should be fine for survival.

Crt is a must so i do suggest a full crt. .-.
I dont recommend a full dmg set on high ents. Eva set or hp set for high ents or just make your hp at least 10k if youre going solo~

If this may help, you require >450eva to dodge 80% of high ents' physical attacks.

It's more about managing the damage in my opinion. Sion Capelle and/or leather coat up should be sufficient. 4.5-5k HP is enough to survive at Ents decently.

Actually, yes, i do agree that 4k is enough but i just forgot that i'd say 10k because it was good for semi-afk which is good for me.

Was reading about absolute evade its only physical attacks and its before your initial evasion so lets say you have 800 evasion and +5% absolute evasion you get a 5% chance of dodge then it goes to your dodge chance based off evasion so in my opinion sense it only effects physical attacks and doesnt add into your actual evasion its nearly worthless especially if you swap out items with magic evade to gain absolute evasion.
