I was labeling all classes today for fun and giving them roles like this TANK: Paladin & Beast Knight DPS: Enchanter, Sniper & Geo Monk SUPPORT: Bishop, Servant & Minstrel
However, certain jobs didn't really fit anywhere like Gladiator and Necromancer as they're were more similar to a Jack-Of-All-Trades, so I wanted to ask, what other jobs have the same capabilites of
• Having enough damage and survivability to solo bosses decently fast and tank in PTs if needed. • Being able to "support" applying buffs and debuffs. • Having a consistent AoE skill to farm mobs.
Whilst still not surpassing the classes who specialize in those areas?

Whilst still not surpassing the classes who specialize in those areas? Any class can be tweaked enough to fit anywhere. Enchanters can be tanks, Beast knights can do crazy damage per hit, bishop can be literally all of them simultaneously, etc. Really, it depends on the build. Tho if I had to say, enchanters are the most versatile. Stone skin is an extra layer of HP along with magic barrie and drain makes for decent tanking if you shift your equips, shift them again and you get a DPS, shift again and you get a buffer who increases your autoskill rate, gives you stone skin, magic barrier, enchant buff, etc. Can give you large amounts of mp heal too. They also have sets against specific elemental mobs. Shift their set again they do melee DMG and can convert DEX into STR and CRT, combined with the right equips you can have a melee set that actually does somewhat decent melee DMG. Tho thanks to this stuff you'll find Enchanters to be one of the most expensive classes next to alchemist. Btw, despite all of the classes being mostly multifunctional there are at least 2 others that are definitely jack of all trades aside from the ones already mentioned: Alchemist and Adventurer.

My thoughts based on their playstyle and skills: Gladiator: DPS>Tank Paladin: Tank Beast Knight:Tank>DPS
Assassin: DPS Sniper: DPS>Support Summoner: Support
High Wizard: DPS (I guess) Enchanter: DPS>Support Necromancer: DPS>Tank
Bishop: Healer Monk: DPS Servant: Tank=Healer
Ninja: DPS Samurai: DPS Minstrel: Support Alchemist: DOT
*Any class can use resist/disable set. But, for me, what makes a tank a tank is based on their survival skills, and the skill to keeping aggro on them.
So, a HW using disable set can survive, yes, but, it will never be Tank as a Paladin or Servant can be.

Hw is generalist Generally useless in all aspectI love my HW still he's good o.o Agree. Zero ray dmg too low, imperial ray too slow. Health and resistance too low, dead in one blow. Reconsidering playing as hw. Auto seems promising

If I'd have to classify anything as a generalist, I'd say Necro, Summoner, and Alchemist. Very reliable solo, good/high dps, can fill a couple roles in pts each when geared to do so, all very naturally tanky.
Most other jobs have very clear direction or purpose behind their skills.

Agree with this. Necro & Summoner can fill different roles depend on their "summoned". While alchemist mostly can be categorized as second DPS, they can act as second healer too when the main healer is bz or die
