New summoner skills gonna be announced soon. Will give important information and my thoughts on summoners future when it drops. Might nerd a little bit over it, and since its probably gonna revive summoner... I'll make sure to put everything in details.

It's 4 new skills, our last row of skills were Job Mastery and idk what else (Lv 280), so those new 4 skills should be up to level 320. Also, the devs are checking the new skills feedback based on test server opinions, so, they might modify the skills if they end being bad. So, we still have hope for the next 40 levels at least, if those skills are actual garbage X'D |

I imagine its gonna be small dmg increase, the bigger the better... Either way, buff for summoner even if its pretty sad, Summoner gonna become brain dead class that able to solo all bosses, while being a solo class. |

They can actually party play now Really doubt you gonna be able to  "tactics" have different kanji from leadership, its a new form of damage increase. Which means you still gonna be a solo class they just gave it survivability to make it more brain dead. |

How good is the new skill without pre-stacking the buff? dogsht... class doesnt have consistency in damage whatsoever, but buffs overall are kinda nice. Summons have higher surviveability and damage but basically if you not gonna be able to one-shot bosses with ~100 tactics, you gonna feel weak. Buffs made it so that you gonna need like 3 sets on summoner instead of all the ones i had because you can heal your summons reliably now. But yeah, if you have 200 tactics and 0 leadership, you enter combat and start charging leadership and if summons take any strong aoe or anything and lose half of hp, you gonna be 125 tactics and 100 leadership. You dont want to lose more tactics than that so you kinda have to one shot enemies at this point imo and in other 2-5 one shot battles you probably gonna get your tactics back to 200 and leadership back to 0. tl;dr class still inconsistent and solo but now it at least should be playable.  |

When I'm in boss fight, I usually stand without doing anything. Or set 2 Farfies and 1 Caith Sit and spam Mana Drain. But when I farm weak enemies I use my Auto set. That's what I said, you play too much depending on summons, and stating that you made a set to not be that much dependent but there's just no reason to use it to farm mobs since summons just do it better and if you just have something against summons killing mobs for you, PM Grenade would do the job way better. Yeah, get off your habit to not do anything in a fight with a boss It's not helpful, just lets you restore some MP. Even against simple bosses I use multiple sets for different stuff just because Its helpful and lets you achieve way more. You can see I use 4 sets just against Lian who I could kill with 1 set easily. I wonder how do u have much high HP? Currently I have problem with survivability with my summoner(INT/DEX 400 STR250 VIT100). Should I get more VIT or some gear with HP stat? |

This video is actually kinda bad now, but yeah i was just using set with bunch of hp and i think at the time i was using a lot of VIT. Now i dont have any VIT and doing just fine. |
