I hate the answer that all classes can solo because while yes a servant can solo, it’s not what it’s designed to do. That said... all classes CAN SOLO, especially the mq. The ease at which they do it is dependent on playstyle and build/equip. My suggestion is to chose how you want to play (auto skill/skill spam also tank/dps/support) then chose the class that you like the best in that playstyle. Make sure the class you chose plays your intended playstyle good (you can be a skill spam enchanter, but you won’t be as strong as a auto skill one). That said, just because the mainstream playstyle isn’t you’re intended playstyle, that doesn’t mean it won’t play your playstyle good (monk typically play autoskill style but can be a BEAST skill spammer). You have to do your research. Then you decide your stat build and equips, this is the hard part, but luckily, if you have any questions you can ask them in the right forum and you’ll most likely get more help than you asked for. Proper use of stats and a good combination of gear is more important than the class itself. Soloing the mq isn’t an impossibly hard task but you do need to be prepared for it. I’ve soloed at least to ep4 with many classes and trust me 1b spina is more than enough to get you places any direction you want to go Some classes that solo mq easy in my experience: Ninja Samurai Alchemist Monk Bishop Enchanter Necro Assassin Summoner Sniper Gladiator Beast knight Paladin The ones that didn’t make the list for me personally is high wiz (too glass canon and not enough dmg early game), minstrel (never figured out a solo set), and servant (same as minstrel, but I’m sure they’ll be able to solo pretty good to be honest) But to answer your question, if I was to start over with nothing but 1b to my name and my goal was to solo mq, I’d probably go with necro!

Now with Resist set practically any class can do MQs alone.
But if we talk about solo capabilities based on their Skills and base build I'd say, in my opinion:
Gladiator: High DPS, High Survival, has Stone Skin and HP/MP recovery skill.
Paladin: Medium DPS, Very High Survival, Has Melee Parry, Can Heal.
Beast Knight: High DPS, High Survival, has Magic Parry.
Sniper: High DPS, Ailment resist, Low Survival (But at 260, Decoy can solve many of your problems, before it you will die a lot), and long range attack.
Summoner: Medium DPS, Low Survival (Their summoned creatures can be DPS, Healer, Tank and Supporter)
Enchanter: Low to Very High DPS (Based on your gear), Medium Survival, some Ailment Resist, Stone Skin and Evasion, can Heal MP.
Necromancer: Medium to High DPS, Low to Very High Survival (Has Phantom (DPS), Skeleton (Weak Tank/DPS) and Bone Knight (a very nice Tank)) With Oversoul you can transform into Skeleton (AOE Attacker), Bone Knight (Tank) and Phantom (Pure DPS). Can Heal MP. My Necromancer Lv 350 can solo alone as Bone Knight high lv Golden Sauro without dying, while my GM (A 405 Paladin) died several times.
Bishop: Medium DPS, High Survival, can Heal a lot, cure some ailments, and has many support skills.
Monk: Medium to High DPS, High Survival, has a lot of Evasion, Autoattacker can use HP Draining gear, Can Heal, and has some Support Skills. Geo Monk has OP damage.
Servant: Very Low DPS, High Survival, can heal a lot, has many support skills, with proper gear can tank like a Paladin. Better on party.
Samurai: High DPS, Medium to High Survival, Autoattacker can use HP Draining Gear, High Eva, similar to Monk.
Alchemist: Medium DPS, High Survival, can inflict many Ailments, can Heal HP and MP, can use Resist Set without sacrificing too much DPS, and run while your ailments kill the enemy.
*Assassin has Very High DPS, but is extremely fragile, and Sicarius' stun rate is based on your Str and if you have higher level than you enemy.
*High Wizard is too fragile, and until level 300 you could start doing some significant damage sith Zero Ray.
*Minstrel has Low DPS, and Survival, but their supportive skills are OP, it works excelently in PT.
*Ninja has High Damage (At level 320+ as Magic Ninja), but a Low Survival Rate, most of their survival skills depend on Clones and Eva, Clones are useless if you get stunned or blinded, are pierced by poison, and paralysis lower how much you can make per Bunshin no Jutsu. Magic Ninja is practically useless before Phantom Flame. DoC Ninja has more freedom before Phantom Flame, but it stills being a great part of their DPS.

Alright I decided to go with enchanter i seen some guides but not very specific in the stats category should i be maxing something out first? I was able to solo all mq on my ench starting at Lv100 in 5 days. Idk if my eq total cost is within 1b cuz I just came back from a break and Idk prices. Just wanted to give you some insight on what I did. Lv100 - AGI 256 | VIT 50 | rest to DEX Fruru II <>Sauro II Strug lu <>Ifrit Sage Hat lu <>Magical Weapon Festan <>Hicolon Full tech abi I didn't max INT first cuz I know I'll have problems starting ep3 with survival, and damage isn't that important in ep1 and 2. Fruru and Hicolon allowed me to use AGI early on for eva, MATK, and ASPD (Fruru is my m.nin's eq btw), and Fruru comes with an atk interval auto as well so it's a great weapon. I used Ifrit cuz I already have one in storage. My add is from my m.nin as well, but I needed the extra autoskill% before I became a full ench. Full tech abi gave me 75 crit rate, +5 base crit rate so I hit rarely miss. I died frequently without using my resist set in ep2, but the damage was enough anyway. I focused on DEX next so I can spam M.Blade later on. I brought a lot of cures and vaccines since it would affect my dps. Lv140 - same stats and eq, except my add got replaced by Magia Hood lu <>Isurugi. I used that add just cuz I already have it in my storage. Lv180 - I unlocked apos around this level and used 5 green, basic als for more eva. I grinded until I got max DEX. I could already let go of my tech abi here, but I don't have auto abis to replace em so I let em stay. Lv220 - AGI 311 | VIT 100 | DEX 256 | rest to INT Mirror Rod MR <>Magic Resistance II BOO up <>Iniliba Wolf Pup <>Magic Resistance II Catura <>Magic Resistance II Al 8 green I still use the auto set earlier, but I switched to this set to spam M.Blade when the boss hits too hard. I focused on magic r since I have eva to cover for physical attacks. I did this until the end of mq. I unlocked Illness Hit at 220, so I could let go of my cures and vaccines. At Lv260, I unlocked Limit Break and I didn't need atk interval gear anymore so I switched my weapon to Fruru II <>Gewalt. I was trying to find an Ifrit, but I couldn't, so I used Gewalt for now. Other sets I used: -100% MPC set Moonlight <>Spell Boost Linen Clothes lu <>Thrift III Ardour ns Dragonewt <>Thrift III Movement speed Mirror Rod MR <>Magic Resistance II BOO up <>Iniliba Pink Moth Wing <>Curonne (xtal was already in there) Ten Mile Boots ns Edit My main sets are far from best, but they work. If you decide to get the best stuff for your ench, the guide listed above this post should help greatly.

Based on the job that i play.
Enchanter: easy solo when using negate damage set on hard hit boss, use auto for low damage boss. BK (sword): high hp, high resist, penetrate barrier with tyrant and bleeding. Necro: you have personal tanker (bone knight)

from my experience Alche and Ench are very consistent soloers. especially Alche since their damage is fixed and bypasses nearly every boss mech

Personally counter bishop is the best to solo until episode 3 after that the lvl 160 bishop is generally going to be one hit. Obviously pet is needed. The build gear is sod, sacred robe, ensis shield and coral hairpin. The stats are int>vit>dex with dex just being enough to spam heal.

I am not an expert in the game. But according to my experience, my HW almost never did a mq solo My bishop is much better at soloing tho (survivability, decent dmg, curing ailments, resurruction skill and other supportive skills) that's why I love it.

Have solo all mq or near ( only with my minstrel got some time out) with hw, minstrel, necromancer. Whth hw just use a resdam set and a dps set. Always in resdam, only switch to dps for zero. Before getting zero use cast def set. Even joshuca and most ch6 bosses easy solo mq.
Minstrel have low dps ( because no really dps skills as it removes your buffs so weakens you), but very high survival with the right sets and stats, near unkillable. Weakpoint is fatal dmg that need be dodge as bad dodger.
