Question about element xtals. If i have a halios xtal, that means ide put on my artemis right? Vatendeth on dragon roar, eisen on jagged shiruken? Is this right?

I changed my build again and am a bit confused about how everything works out .

First , how exactly does skia proc ? Is there a way to increase its proc rate .
My dmg with buff is 2.6k auto and 16-17k bs (on kincy) .
Does getting Jupiter help me increase my dmg ?

Just question is there a earth element(against wind type mob/boss)throwing weapon for backstab assassin? There is no earth-elemental throwing, but you can use wicktrace instead because it has 4 elements. |

My character was boosted to lvl 50, warrior, before im thinking what job/path to take. Im not sure if i should go for ninja or assassin.
I love hybrid,dps,crit and seing lots of miss'es from enemies attacks.
This guide makes me decide to chose assassin over ninja.
Lets start!
-I havent use even a single of my stat points.
-I dont have enough spina to buy nail or other assassin related equipment.
-I have rising ray for weapon.
I need the thread starter or anyone's opinion, suggestions or recommendations regarding on my desired build plan.
From your guide nail type build focus on crit,agi and some str.
That's my preferred build type too.
However on my current level,
I wanted pump my stats to agi first prior to crit?
That way im relying on my Rising Ray's decent damage.
attack speed(dps) and survivability(evasion chances) from agi.
Hit & run if necessary.
And 300 revita L
Thats my levelling plan at the moment.
Same strategy when i play a thief assassin, or sinX on other mmorpg.
I have more or less 500k spina
10 stk of broken staff for exp.
I really need everyone's opinion on this before i proceed.
This is the proceed or delete stage of the game since when my level turns to 51 i cannot reset my stats for free anymore!

Thank's in advance guys Just a warning in advance, nail build will be good to lvl up at first, but won't make use of Assassin skills. If you really want to play with the true essence of Assassin, going with a Throw build is very recommended. I suggest the Lone Wolf Build Aka "Flarius build" the basic concept of the build can be found here Stat build for this build is Int >Crt> Agi> Vit. Your gears would probably focus on getting 2 things at a higher lvl, damage, and absolute evasion. Baselardo is a recommended weapon for the build. Status Distribution per lvl for Flarius Build^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Read that for your stat distribution.
Personal experience at lower lvlsWhat I personally did for gear was obtain a throwing weapon with +30 crt to allow crt rate to go up ( since you're new try to get a Throwing Knife upgraded cheapest I've seen was 1m), then I had an armor with Crt+10 ( Try Schwartz for now) for more crt rate, and lastly I had tech lvl 2 ability for crt rate+10( Grace Hood might help this gives Crt+10 and I forgot the other stats but it raises something by int maybe defense), this will help you get your starting dmg up and you won't have to worry about adding so much crt and focus on int. Seahorse Bangle will help in Hp. From there as I lvled up and gained more survivability I was able to change my gear set since I had enough stats to get the necessary dmg to defeat bosses quickly. Now I am a Spam Build Assassin and love it.
Further reasons why not to go with Nail buildThe reasons why going nail build will hinder your dmg and honestly you won't be playing the way Assassin was designed because Assassin is a high (and I mean high) damage dealing class, but mainly with throwing equips. Assassin gets many benefits from throwing, so why waste them? This build allows you have a balance between the survivability of a Nail Build, but with the throwing benefits and dmg. Int gives Magic Evasion and its crazy how much you can evade at high lvls with high int. Backstab can only properly trigger with Throwing weapon, especially double backstab. Do you want 11k backstab or 100k+ Backstab? Assassin has Throwing Mastery so yeah. If you're only going with Nail build to make lvling easy you'll only be wasting your spina on gear, and money for a restat.
ConclusionYou could go with Nail build, and have very low dmg and very long boss battles, but why? The reason why I recommend Flarius build is the fact that you are a new player, and Im not sure how much money you want to place in this game, going with the Flarius build allows that you don't need to restat. Anyway I hope you take your time to ponder more about Assassin, its a very challenging class in the very beginning especially for someone who's new, but I'm sure if you take your time you'll enjoy it. |

Lvl 53 If you like bow, sniper should be better for you. Even sniper has lower damage compared to throw-typed assassin, sniper has AOE skill. If you play bow, I believe sniper will do higher damage. Why dont you tell me more? I would like to know the reason that you choose bow assassin, in case you might have something else in your idea. |

Just to share my experience and own opinion, I personally like Going into backstab build directly instead of going nail or other builds. Even you dont have crit at first I noticed most throw weapons has high critical rate.
Besides investing on INT brings you the the bonuses that an assassin must be getting like Illusion and throw mastery.
Also they said its quiet hard to become an Assassin yes that is true but if you the have idea already on how does it get the job done. More likely you'll end up being good in this class and nail type won't be necessary if you are planning to go with a throw build later on.
I read most of the guides for several weeks til I finally decided to face on with Assassin and now I reached 242 the "so called holy lvl of an assassin (240)" I must say I'm inlove with this class.
~Attack initiator
~Mob/Boss disabler
~Good DPS
~Absolutely great in death escape
~Clutch player
Preferably, one of the best classes I've ever held aside from Gladiator. It really fits my playing style.
~Maneuvering
Where I always move (which I prefer) to hit the butt.

Gear is thimble. Sniper don't use int so poison wouldn't be any use for that class. |
