Theres several assumption thats taken but both seems kinda reached same general conclusion

Sounds like it would be good. But im 95% sure spellburst is just a MATK+50% hit. Id try a spellburst rate+% equipment set over a CRT set. (My opinion) Would be better with MATK+% set. Due to High Spellburst rates and High MATK to help support futher the damage output.
Id get like a wiz eyepatch and a resty rod. When both Resty Rod buff and Spellburst combine... your damage can go from ex. Blizzard 6 hit 45k.... Blizzard 6 hit with Resty Rod buff 70k. Blizzard 6 hit with Resty Rod buff and spellburst 90-120k.
Id prefer CRT equipments for those who have very low CRT. Spellburst+% equips for those with or without CRT

Conclusion 1
Spellburst damage +50% (50%matk ?)
Spellboost damage 40% matk
Both spellburst damage have fix %value of damage dealt that cant be increased more ?
Assuming conclusion 1 is correct then we take that 100% matk as initial starting point (no matk bonus receive)
Step 2 comparison between adding %matk vs %spell burst rate from equip or xtal or crit (hw)
Test calculation 1
Base 100% matk with additional +100% matk will get 200%matk
Test calculation 2
Base 100% matk with additional +100% spellburst rate will get 150% matk coz guarantee spellburst always proc
Test calculation 3
Base 100% matk with additional +50% matk and additional +50% spellburst rate will get 2 value of matk% which is 150% matk (when sb not proc) and 200% matk (when sb is proc. T proc rate of spellburst is 50% so t average overall get 175% matk
Conclusion 2 (final conclusion)
1. %matk is more beneficial to add for power than %spellburst rate
2. So adding %matk when can still better. If no more %matk then %spell burst is nice for further power
3. Ratio efficiency is for ea %matk will be equal to 2% spellburst rate in term of power average
1 % matk = 2 % spellburst rate
(its not read as 1%matk gv 2%sb rate but read as power of 1%matk equal to power of 2% sb rate)
